In the UK (could be the same elsewhere, idk), we have varying ceiling styles, some patterned, some bumpy, some brushed and others paint rolled, leaves a different finish and can add to the style of the room.
I am honestly debating it, might take a little while to get all the nraas mods for optimisation but lord, does that sound more appealing than this mess.
I can't say it's fun, but it's good to kill some time while waiting for actions to complete in Freeplay. I thought Freeplay prices were questionable at times but TSM takes the cake, but at least with Freeplay there were some offers I felt were worth paying for after comparing them to regular store purchases. So far, TSM…
So they've done this event before, and haven't improved on player feedback, prices are still stupid, 5 cupcakes for %20 boost or 1,200 simoleons for %18... of course it varies but it's like they haven't worked out the worth of anything.
If you have the EP, check which policies are currently in action, it sounds like you have the power conservation one or something similar, I can't recall them off the top of my head, sorry.
All my lots in Newcrest appear empty despite being occupied, and in regard to the comment about neighbours stealing. Make sure Sharing is Caring NAP is not active, it made me paranoid to allow family members to visit even after repealing it.
While I agree it has become a problem, it's not Valve at fault for forcing 3rd-party, it's those publishing it. Ubisoft and now EA being the most notable publishers doing it.
I feel the same about you. But then I'm sure if you were in my game, I could either close it to friends, go offline or simply kick you from it. I mean, that's how that would probably work. Unless you honestly thought otherwise. edit; To the rest of the replies, I can't quite grasp how you're entirely opposed to…
I can't express how much this irks me, it's also nice to finally have a name for it. I can understand maybe a new friend walking by and deciding to pop over for a chat, but four sims who have had no interaction at all with my sim, gets on my nerves.
100%. Island Living has a lot of nice areas, sure, but most of them look like unfinished "secret-ish" locations and function only as decoration. Don't get me started on the mermaids, they were poorly implemented into the pack imo, which is a shame because the updated model and rig is 10x better than TS3.
I sent Iggy to Uni, he's been getting on well with his roommate but he has been inviting himself to events Iggy has been attending. He also decided that a date is much better with three people.
I dunno, every where I've seen this EP shown it's been tagged with November 15th. Also I'm pretty sure they did this with previous packs, being an hour before midnight on the day it's due.
I'm amazed and disappointed at the amount of people willing to brush such laziness aside, and then everyone wonders why this team cut so many corners and leave so much out.
I thought there would at least be little things like toddlers in TS3, making their toys disappear and reappear. I think it'd be nice for younger life states to be included in these packs, but I guess the team think otherwise.
I don't care tbh, but if they're going to do it, do it for all or create some sim-versions of many in one. Just another 🐸🐸🐸🐸 idea from this team, doesn't surprise me at all.
I like seeing my library full, I was the same with TS3, even with packs I didn't actually like, just had to have the option available on the off-chance I ever wanted to use it.
After reading most of these replies, we'd definitely benefit from an age-length slider to really get the most out of rotational play during seasons. On topic; I'll probably start at 7 days and see where I go from there.
