@Piazzagirl1015 Thanks for the info! It appears to come and go. I used an old solution from 2013 and it eventually worked. The next time I played it was working too. This time not so much. It's very strange. :/ Apparently, EA is working on a fix (according to the forum ala community manager Cade) We'll see I guess.

@Piazzagirl1015 I'm having that issue too. It's not actually lost but the launcher can't recognize that I own the content. I play the culinary and painter quite a lot. Cooking is one of my favourite parts of the game and I love that we have so many options. Painting keeps the money rolling which is always great in my saves
