I went over my mods and one had indeed been editing my speech bubbles. Thank you for looking into it :) I loaded it up in game and the transparency works, except for the dark green parts. Here is picture from the back, but up front its the same looking, some dark green parts missing the transparency.

You can try if you can get the desired effect with program called s3pe. With that program you can set the "casp" to be both male and female, mind however that not all accessories would look good that way as they might clip.

I see now that the creators are different indeed, silly me. I just saw the neck-seam on both and shape was similar yet colors different and I assumed it was the same creator :s But yes those both are indeed the correct files :)
