Pretty much every modern game now has some form of weather as they attempt to be as immersive as possible. It is a standard feature and really should have been in the game when it was released in 2014.

I play scores of games every year on multiple systems, and shock horror, most of them are complete games that do not need updates every month to add content that should have been there at launch.

Seems to me like it was a shortcut because they did not want to spend time creating a bowling venue. Let's see if families and teens autonomously go to these nightclub/bowling hybrids at night.

The Sims 3 on PC is still for sale and has constantly been listed as one of the top selling PC games every year since its release. Are the sales figures quoted for The Sims 3 actually including the sales from 2014 onwards? The reality could be that it is has sold far more than the quoted figures.

Another thing I preferred about The Sims 3 worlds was that teh game did not auto-populate teh world like it does in 4. I could pretty much create every sims in town. In 4, you can replace all the people in every world and then the game will just keep auto-generating sims you do not want in your world.
