I age them up when I want to. I play rotationally and with four week seasons, and my sims all have birth dates and get one year older every sim calendar year - they live for a very long time!

I change their clothes every day. I have a lot of wonderful CC and creating outfits in CAS is one of my favorite things to do. :)
