I love the different hairstyles and outfits I can choose from for female sims. (I also have tons and tons of CC for them.) My aesthetic and fashion sense is very feminine, but in real life I value practicality more than anything. I love making my female sims cute/pretty/beautiful.

Do you have any mods or custom content at all? It might be worth trying without, if you normally use them. Also, does this only happen in your custom world? If you start a fresh game in, say, Sunset Valley, does the glitch still happen? This might help narrow down where the glitch is occurring.
