- gardening - create a sim - build mode - genetics - karaoke from City Living - bubble blowers from City Living - the swing-set from Seasons - the calendar from Seasons - the worlds - the entirety of Dine Out. i love restaurants in this game so much - campfires from Outdoor Retreat - the herbalism skill from Outdoor…
i'm actually shocked people would rather get rid of emotions entirely than have them improved. do y'all seriously want your sims to be blank faced husks who go about their days without feeling anything like zombies? what kind of game would that be to play? i don't understand
i think the emotions system has so much potential that's being wasted. a little improvement will go a long way. emotions are a prominent part of human life. what kind of life simulator would the sims be without them?
i think they're good, but could be immensely improved. there are a lot of little things that bother me. like when you plan a wedding and you hire a caterer, you can't move the food from where the caterer placed it. or how social events can't be held on generic lots. overall i like them though, especially with Seasons…
only if they end up in my household eg. if my sim marries one i change their clothes so they're more presentable. i never change their actual bodies though
@MaggieMarley really interesting that you've found it to be common while others haven't. i guess it's still a little up in the air. i'll try it for myself and see what i get!
i somewhat regretted Seasons at first, only because it changes the game so entirely and it took a while to adjust to it. i didn't immediately love it like it immediately loved City Living, Dine Out, and Outdoor Retreat. but now that i've had it for a while i'm used to it, and i can't live without weather and holidays in my…
i always end up with twins when i'm specifically hoping for only one kid lol. i don't mind though, it makes the game more interesting. i've never gotten triplets before
this! i'm fond of pairing my sims with randomly generated townies because it feels more natural in a way, but most of the time i resort to making a partner for them because i can't find any decent YA townies. it's frustrating, but what can you do. sometimes i get lucky with finding townies, but most of the time i have to…
