Needed help with the harvest fest glitches and missing items and when customer service couldn’t help me (seems they usually can’t) they recommended I give feedback here. Then I stayed as I wanted to vent about the recent update where they messed with all the prices in the catalog. 😑

Update: I’ve just realized some of the floor and wall patterns that I bought are totally gone from the catalogue. I still see them on my screen so I took screen shots. The most obvious one is a squiggly green carpet I bought for a kids room.

This is really awful, I love this game but I don’t care much for the stories. I mostly just like to design the sim house and their clothes. It’s my main reason for playing. Please remove this because already the game has lots of bugs and making it harder to have fun without fixing the bugs is going to drive people away.
