I know personally I had to buy a new version of TSM when Origin came out b/c my game stopped working. However if I remember right there was 4 patches for the game. So if you don't want to buy a new copy you can go to a website called The Patches Scrolls. They have patches for TSM.
Always make sure to stay on task with the quests. Sometimes it's easy to get side tracked. Also some quests speed up the timer like the one with the monarch gets replaced by a look a like and raises the taxes, then your hero has to take care of the problem.
@buzz_infamous, Yes the game is patched. If you can't get it to patch through Origin, there's a website called The Patches Scrolls, they have patches for the game there.
@ PaprikaPaula, I don't know if it'll help or not but change the frame rate to the lowest setting on the game settings.. Also change the graphics setting to lowest.
You can buy salves in the village, it's limited. The weak salve mostly, on occasion the moderate salve. You need to build the physician's place which is over by the beach. It will automatically have a nurse. Or make a physician. Thou the nurse and low level physician tend to be bad jobs, so you have to be treated multiple…
I don't think I've seen it personally but know it's happened. Sometimes they will collapse if really tired or sick. So just make sure your kingdoms wellbeing stay low and don't have a physician or their home. If you build the physician's place the nurse will show up and sell medicine and try to treat sims.
Make sure to finish each quest platinum. Also random events from walking to the village shop and stroll in the forest, good dreads get items and renowned. Some quests give more than others, like 50 and 60 vs. 20 or 30. Bst to use the quest to know which if you have it.
I've had some of my monarch steal from peasants, then throw them in the pit. Half of the peasants climbed out and stayed in town after their brush with death.
I did notice after the last time I installed it on my computer that you have to open origin to play, not the launcher. And if you haven't noticed they have the fix it option like sims 4 when there's a problem. I never did figure out how to get mods to work on it, not that it matters now b/c it real doesn't need them if you…
in the forge. after making the mithral hammer, click the forge and go down to the end of the highlighted list. it should be there unless you have your sim using the hammer.
less idling. fix/tweak the multi-tasking. more color options for paint/wallpaper and flooring. more color options for furniture. ability to choose bedding and furniture color separated for bed/cribs like in sims 2 and 3. more random game picks when painting. I could choose one type to paint like impressionism and paint the…
Definitely want apartments back like in sims 2, not 3. With an boho/eclectic feel/items for them. I miss the mini fridge that would go under a counter and murphy bed.
Don't worry about it. There are a lot for ppl who just like to complain. Best to give constructive feedback to help developers improve the game when needed. Probably best also to stay away from hot button issues like toddlers and the upcoming US presidential election.
lol, true. my problem is a sims stop cooking or eating to use the toilet, then finish cooking/eating.*sigh* eyeroll also fix the idle issue, having sims stand around doing nothing but swinging their arms or sighing for an hour or more is annoying.
more styles besides modern and contemporary different style desks and bookshelves a notepad for sims who hate technology to write letters, notes, novels, etc. well for water ways to decrease water and energy bills sun panels, windmill, etc. a coo coo and grandfather clock outdoor games, like ring toss, corn hole,…
