Right. You can switch between EIG and CAW, as long as you save your changes. However, it is always smart to make multiple backup saves along the way, so you can revert back to an older save if something gets messed up.

You have to have adim control to move your documents folder to a different drive. Mine is set in the D drive. A shortcut is just a short cut, it does not contain the actual files. Get To Work was a dissapointment to me. Mainly because of the "Open for Bussiness" aspect was very lacking. Aliens were great, though. Best one, and only one I preordered, was Realm of Magic.

Nothing digital, but they have them on ebay. Also look into portable CD-ROM drives. Most ways to obtain Sims 1 and Sims 2 are just physical copies.

I've tried this before, and sims from the sims 4 don't seem very intellegent when it comes to utilizing community lots. I've looked for mods like this before and I could not find any. I've seen lots of ideas about making this possible, such as assinging areas of the lots for different purposes. Like zoning in city building…

If it's just the one EP, you shouldn't have to do anything. But either way, back up your save files.

This should be applied to any lot being shared. Always playtest your lots.

If you have a physical copy of The Sims 2 or their EPs/ SPs you can get a free digital copy. You just need the codes. Contact EA, say the physical disc you have isn't working, they'll ask for a code, you give it to them and you get the game put on your Origin account.

You won't be able to edit those dirrectly in CAW. You would need to edit the lots in game. Make sure buydebug is enabled, there should be 27 highrise shells available to use in edit game.

You'll need the "RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings Off" cheat to edit these buildings.

You can modify existing ones. Or, using the buydebug cheat, pick any of the of buildings labled "Metropolitan Building". They have editable top floors. These turn into apartment lots and you'll need to look up how to edit apartment buildings.
