A computer released within a few years of a base game w/Seasons will run fine. People hanging onto computers that were low spec when bought nearly a decade ago need to accept that they can't be catered to forever.

If you enjoy gameplay, I'd definitely recommend going back and giving TS2 another shot. TS4 will still be there if you don't enjoy it. And there's nothing wrong with playing both. :)
More unique activities would help. * The Festival of Lights really needs a bon odori, like the real festival it was based on. * Ice or snow sculpting would be great for the Snow Festival. * Maybe exclusive crafts or games for the Festival of Youth?
