I wanted to remove floor tiles and using the sledge hammer tool worked for me. Took a little while for me to figure it out because I kept trying to remove floor tiles the Sims 2 & 3 way.

Signed! :D I'm so beyond ready for a Sims3 OFB EP. I enjoy going to work with my Sims thanks to the Ambitions EP; but I so love being the owner/boss with workers working for my Sims which an OFB EP would bring to Sims 3. :mrgreen:
