Urgh. Why? Seriously why? This is the last thing I could think of that I would ever want in a Sims game, there are so many things I'd choose over this any day.
Q1: I'm not sure knitting should be a fame thing. I don't always want my Sims to be famous, sometimes it's just about making some money. I'd rather it didn't create fame, but I like the idea of being able to sell items. Love the idea of creating a knitting club/circle as that relaly mimcs real life. I want my Sims to be…
I don't use most of the piercings (apart from ears) because they're just too big. I was so excited about nose piercings, but then the studs are way too big. I really dislike eyebrow piercings in real life. I remember when they were really popular in the 2000's, which is probably why I hate them now. Same reason I hate…
I get all my knitting tutorials from YouTube, so there should be an option to learn to knit using videos on the computer. Simple things should be knitted first like scarves, the most simple of all items and I think the thing that everyone starts out with. And I mostly knit for myself or as gifts for others. Usually you get…
I'm a beginning knitter and scarves are pretty much the only thing I can knit. As they're the easiest and require the least effort. I've been wanting scarves for ages. We NEED scarves!!!!!!!! We have hats and gloves, but in those freezing Seasons icy gales it makes no sense why we don't have scarves!
Can't say I'm thrilled. I chose three out of those 15 items. I think I actually hate voting on stuff. It's cool to see all the things they think of, but then it's really disappointing when you actually know there are things that you liked, that you'll never get because other people didn't vote for them.
@Pamtastic72 That's weird, because I've had several alien abductions in my last most recent game. In fact one Sim was abducted twice within a few day's. But before that I hadn't had an abduction in a while, I'd almost forgotten about them. Also Vampire residential break-ins happen with every new game I play. Every time I…
@Pamtastic72 It seems a little extreme that my Sim couldn't even get through a week without dying. If we're making tiny homes (mine was 32 squares) there aren't many options for beds etc so we have to use what's given, but I don't see why the bed should break every single time it's used and then kill your Sim. She'd even…
Arm warmers would have been amazing! I wear them all the time in Winter, and fingerless gloves as well. Knitted socks and leg warmers would have been cool. I didn't like a lot of the clothing either. I managed to pick 15 but there was nothing that I would be bummed if we didn't get, and plenty that I really wouldn't like.…
I was really happy to see questions about relationships. That was the main feedback I gave was that you can pretty get al Sims to interact together regardless of their likes and dislikes, it doesn't seem to matter whether Sims have anything in common or not, and it should do. I want relationship progress throughout the…
Wasn't my first choice. The room designs are okay, but the clothing is just horrible. Pretty much why I couldn't have this as my first choice. I had to choose the one that I liked both the room and clothing. Granny chic was awful as well. Hopefully they'll give us lots of swatches as I wouldn't want this much pastel in my…
Vent away :) I found bicycles a little annoying too. My Sim would cycle back to his dorm, disappear and then reappear with his bike in his dorm next to the elevator, he'd then get on the bike, before getting off and putting it in his inventory.
Very happy about this, but would have loved for embroidery to be higher. Would have been cool to make embroidered hoops and hang them up like the one's people make on IG. So pretty! But knitting is really cool too. Hopefully we'll be able to knit scarves!!!!!! Since I've had to get CC to fulfil that missing clothing item.…
Yeah, I just found it quite time consuming to visit other lots at university when trying to study and get involved with everything. Plus my Sim was ALWAYS hungry :s :D
Right?! I noticed that too. It happened when my Sim was showering and he had back fat! It happened so quickly. And the problem is it's so hard to get decent food there. You have to rely on either the food that Sim's leave out, which was mostly cookies (the occasional lobster thermidor, wth?!) or the mini fridge which I…
Nope, no keys given out. Before he moved to dorms they lived in the same house. But it was always his Mum that would show up, no one else, not even his sister.
Yes, now you've said it that was true for me also. My Sims Mum would call all the time wanting my Sim to go out with her. But not once did a roommate do the same. The only people who would call would be Sims that my Sim knew before going to university. Even people he didn't know that well. There seemed to be a couple of…
My Sim was also studying law @Tikaania but did it at Britechester. I didn't realise that teens couldn't apply for uni, because I was thinking of an 18 year old being a teen :-/ so I had plenty of time to level up his skills to get into Britechester. That seems strange that only one university would have the debate guild.…
I'm a designer and I got biologist; You know what's cool? LIFE. You're fascinated by how things work, and genuinely excited about figuring it out. You were probably the kind of kid who dismantled toys to see what was inside. You adore animals, and you hate human suffering. If you aren't already, you would've made a great…
I was really excited for this pack, but my interest has dropped off significantly and I haven't been playing for that long. One of my Sims decided on the diving career, and I got her up to level three. Couldn't understand why she wasn't getting promoted, then found out the diving career doesn't go past level three :-/ My…
This really annoys me as well. Sometimes you've just invited someone over, or you're in the middle of doing something else. Maybe you're levelling up a skill you really need, and you're almost there and you get an invite. No point accepting the invite when you're just about to level up, but if you refuse the option it's…
No sorry, I don't agree. The Sims is fictional and not set in any specific country. I personally don't want any American flags on clothing (which I thought was against the constitution and disrespectful to the flag anyway?) I'm British and I'm saying this as someone with an American boyfriend. I think a few nods here and…
One of my Sims has seemed to have developed a chill from swimming, even when he hasn't been swimming. Both of my Sims were in the house, the thermostat was on warmer as it was cooler and my Sim turned blue. His wife was fine, even though she'd been swimming. He however had a chill from swimming, even though he hadn't been.…
