That stuff takes time for someone to animate. They would definitely charge for it. I wouldn't mind lawn mowing and pool cleaning just for the additional flirt options that I can imagine. lol

There’s a leasing office already. They put a lot of detail into this build, but it only had up to two bedrooms. I had a family of five living on this lot already, which included the grandfather, a couple, a daughter, and a son. So, I made the back of each building into four-bedroom units.

The mailbox on the box art cover implies that we can have more than 4 units on a lot. I'm hoping it won't max out under 4 households because between 2 lots in Del Sol Valley, I plan to put 12 households. I have a great number of households I could easily move to an Indian city. So, that's my choice but I wouldn't mind seeing them all. Since we have an Asian and European inspired worlds. Those are my least wanted. An African inspired world would be my second choice.

I would definitely prefer to give my Sims some of the service job's you mentioned. We need more labor jobs. I already use a mod to do this but it would be more convenient if we could do it through the job panel. I would like to have my sims work part-time as even the landlord for apartments.
