Will these events happen if I create 3 rentable units but there is no assigned landlord? Anyway, I play rotationally and if such bugs occur I can just move on to another household. It's the corruption bug I worry more about, but with less than 99 units and no related mods I take it that I will be pretty safe.

Congrats @simgirl1010 on all those gold winnings! Is it possible to go for the ultimate champ multiple times, is there a cool down period? And I wonder what the value of Domino is now with such a great merit list. Not that I expect you to sell Domino, but anyway :) Will be interesting how his success will affect a foal.

There are other situations in game where sims find items, without actually picing them up. Like when in Horse Ranch you cut praerie grass, your sim will find lots of different stuff, but this is just added to inventory and with a pop-up info top-right corner, no animation. I assume it is the same when finding simoleons…

Awesome @Atreya33! I started a similar project long ago but forgot all about it long before it was completed, and I didn't even know same hand/different fingers etc was a thing back then. This is very useful both for creating and for picking what to actually wear.

Hm, I thought those spirits were connected to the haunted lot and not the sim. But if it left with him he must be either a paranormal inspector or residing a haunted lot, perhaps? I never saw a visiting sim bring a spirit (spector?) like that. At least it was green, so it should not cause any problems...

At least good for story telling. And, I think numerous simmers play challenges like having Grim's (and Father Winter's) child etc. Within the strict vanilla game I'm not so sure, but if you want your sim to be areal mysterious jeweler, why not make sure her neighbors see Grim visiting occasionally ;)

I'm keeping an eye on this thread! I can see a masterpiece item in my own game causing chaos among the nobility ladies. I guess the Jeweler can charge some extra simoleons when they all fight over the only masterpiece necklace in the entire kingdom. Most likely the Queen will win that auction.

I have horses in most worlds. I think Chestnut, Windenburg, Moonwood Mill and Brindleton Bay are all fine, but I agre the rides might be quite short. Having horses on a horse friendly lot will always be interesting regardless of where you can ride outside that lot, because you can just travel to another world if you like…

I'd like to know, too, but I also like the idea of masterpieces being very rare. I would expect skill+rare gems+focused mood would be enough, but maybe it should rather be inspired mood, and maybe the moon phase comes into play, too?

Tiny question re the crystal tree (seed). Will it matter what crystal the seed was crafted from? Will a tree grown from Diamond seed mostly produce Diamond crops? Or is it totally random?

I don't recall whether I played during those days, but if I did I probably only played one single household, and if I get this right, only sims in that household should be affected.
