I love how you create countless anti TS4 threads about "ew this is ugly" "ew, sims looks horrible" and then you look for the pics. BTW, they are in a single post on MTS. But you wouldn't want to see them, would you? Sims are so ugly !!!
Hi, I found out you can actually do it. You have to copy the NHD file from the Hollyweird save, and paste it into the save you want to travel with. Next time you travel to Bridgeport, it will read the NHD files and the save will come up instead of the default world. You can do this with every other save file as well. But…
This is probably a noob question but is there anyway to use your version of the world as the default world? Because when using the Traveler mod, I want to send the sims to your Bridgeport but it sends them to the default one. Anyway to use the save as the default world?
I'm on the fence. On one hand, it make for some interesting gameplay. But on the other hand, I don't want my supposedly straight sims with wife and kids walking around in a dress. I don't know. If it would make people happy I suppose. I'm an open minded guy, I have gay friends and my aunt is a lesbian. But could you…
I'd love the sound of filler sims. Especially for big cities, just pre-meshed sims walking around. Maybe we could say hello or goodbye, but no formal interactions. As long EA wouldn't make them look to fake I wouldn't mind. As for the region idea, that is exactly how I want TS4 to be. The town could age during the loading…
I want every aspect of vehicles in TS2 to be in TS4. Sit in the car, woohoo in the car, no clicking your fingers and the car magically appearing. I want to be able to drive out. And yes, I'm for paying the driver. Maybe even depends on how far you are going. I want expanded transport in TS4. For example, if there are…
What I would love is a SimCity setup - different regions in the world. You live in one region (say, a seaside village) and to get to the big sprawling downtown region to visit your kids you travel via train or whatever and a loading screen in between. And you can the outline of the place in the distance. In your world you…
37 ?!! How do you keep so many sims in one neighbourhood?! I've moved towns like 3 times with the porter mod and I always end up filling the town to the brim. I need a large town badly!
Talk about nostalgia central here! I love looking at pictures but I could never go back to playing such a basic game. I remember that egg chair with such fondness, it always had a place in my sims living room
100x better than last week's disaster. Today's broadcast reminded me of the old ones which were unscripted and no EA advertisments. It was simple, they got to the point and it was really funny. I hope Ryan Vaughn has been permanently sacked from his position as LB host because it was soo much better without his…
Favourite EP is either Late Night for the new world, high rises, celebrity lifestyle etc. and University Life because it a well rounded EP with a lot of thought and awesom content which I still use. Least favourite is Showtime, horribly bug ridden and boring gameplay. I'm also not fond of Ambitions (I don't want to do my…
This petition would have made sense a year ago but not now. The game is finished and the producers are testing the game now (well knowing EA, who knows) but they are definitely not putting in any new features. I too would have preferred the past but sure what can you do. At least Arcadia Landing looks nice.
I have a family going since around August 2012 (I know this because I played the first gen in Sunlit Tides) and now I'm about 8 generations in. The problem is the family is so extended distant cousins aren't recognised as such and sims can potentially have romatic relations with their grand grandparents. But I still like…
To be honest, I'm getting sick of The Sims 3 and it just isn't that enjoyable anymore. Even Island Paradise just didn't get me excited, and I'm the biggest beach bum in Australia. I cannot wait for TS4. In the meantime, I play TS2 and TS3. I don't have any CC in TS2 and my computer is good so the loading screens and zippy.
I see they have changed the box art format for Into The Future, only two pictures instead of a cluttered mess and it is much better. I'd like a return to a blend of TS1 and TS2 artwork, two or three sims on the cover and shadows in the background, or even a setting. Something a bit easier on the eye. I like the stuff pack…
After two years of not playing the game from 2010 and 2012 I downloaded NRAAS SP and I haven't stopped playing since. It actually feels like you are living in a vibrant with real sims doing real things. EA SP is a joke. EA should just have Twallan for TS4 because they can't do a better job!
It's really sad compared to how good the broadcasts were only a year ago. Like the one with Sunlit Tides, the two girls had me in stitches. There was no Ryan "OMMMGGG WOOWWW" Vaughn, it was unscripted and no stupid EA advertising. If you really think about it, we got nothing new yesterday. The press releases and trailers…
Ryan Vaughn ****** me off so much. "Lets answer some important questins. Brittany, can your sims use plumbots in your home town? Lauren, how swesome are the hovercrafts looking? Sarah, thar bistro looks totally rad." They talk to us like we are 10. Like Britanny on camera "sorry guys, this darnit game is still in…
Cleared my caches and my game is working thanks all for the suggestions :D I love the new content so much. I've placed a rabbithole rug in the kitchen of the Monte Vista pizzeria so it's like my sim works in the kitchen :D I love it!
Even though mine is showhow broken, yes I do think it's worth it. It's a great set and opens up so much gameplay. Instead of having 6 rabbithole bistros in my town I now only have 1 and the rest are beautiful open restaurants.
