I agree on some things but i find sims 3 more cartoony looking than sims 2. i find sims 2 sims to be more attractive and realistic looking. just my opinion though.

I find it much more realistic to buy clothes from the store and i like sending my sims to places i can actually see them inside of. Which is why i went back to sims 2 last yr and stopped playing sims 3 because for me there was just no point of them leaving their homes and i found it to be too easy.

i think they def should make a sp like that. i play sims 2 and i love the holiday stuff pack, santa visiting and all the decor. of course it works great with having seasons too. i think if they released such a pack before xmas they would sell off the shelves.

I agree that there should be balance because everyone has their own way of playing. for me personally i love realism but i also love quirkiness too. i want it where theres a choice in how much realism you want and what supernaturals you want. not that its forced on you.

I heard something somewhere about future games like sims 4 possibly being digital download. i hope that is not going to happen or i wont be buying it. i always read the booklets for sims 2 eps and i enjoyed reading them.

I liked magic in sims 1. in sims 2 i rarely used it. I agree with Jarsie that sims 3 is more like a reality tv show, and i doubt there will ever be an EP og magic, when they can sell bits and pieces for high prices in the store to make money which will add up in cost very quickly for those who want magic.

Sims 2 had a CC beer keg you could download and could get drunk. I dont think its funny either to think its cool to be drunk. i am someone who struggles with it as a problem and there is nothing funny about it and it doesnt need to be in a game where kids and teens play it and EA wouldnt ever put it in the game.

just thought id ask. thats a shame though. dont think it should be illegal, since i paid for them and if i wanted to give them away it would seem ok to me cause it would be like anything else i bought and felt like giving away to someone else. its already paid for.

I doubt it will happen. too much to have the whole neighborhood experiencing the same seasons at once. sims 2 was by individual lot even though you could see snow from neighborhood view or when looking down the street, it wasnt actively snowing unless you were on that lot. same for rain, leaves etc..
