To add to what @ThirteenCatz2 said, I tried to purchase it inside the game which I launched with the EA App. The kits do appear there but when I tried to put them in the cart, I kept getting a message that I couldn't purchase with out Origin in Game enabled on Origin, which I no longer have or use.

I wish that they would disable all accessories, hats, make up and body hair for all randomly generated sims as well as randomized sims in CAS. I put basements in any house where it makes sense to do so. Most (furnished) starters I have done recently have been tiny houses, the latest has a basement because it would have made sense for at house of that age to have a cellar.
