Also having problems with the bed issue, and only since SPN came out. When a Sim goes to lay on or sleep in a double bed the half they are on loses/distorts pattern to black. I've tried selling the bed (store bed, not CC) buying a new one and that doesn't work. I had routing issues too and had to move the bed to the middle…
Yeah, if you pre-order Seasons you get $10 off the price at EB games. I pre-ordered and pre-paid Supernatural in Australia, and they told me about it. I didn't know otherwise. It helps, if you haven't been told, to ask!

*is late but just found this thread after looking for a porch swing myself* As Shadowbre said above, probably can't link BUT if you still need it, try typing 'Balançoire Vienkejtecol [Porch Swing]' at TSR. Is the best one have seen so far.
Love your BC! Just started reading and had to comment. Original idea AND very intriguing mystery to go along with it. Looking forward to another update :)
That cracked me up! I love your sense of humor and the family of course is gorgeous. Kitty makes me laugh. And I always look forward to the bonus pics. Watching the gnomes has suddenly become a lot more interesting ;)
Just started reading and didn't want to keep lurking. Had to tell you I LOVE the humor in your posts and the pics are adorable. Bookmarked and will continue reading through to the end! :)
*lurker here* Love the challenge so far. The Christmas pic is sweet too. Don't worry, as was mentioned previously, there are probably more people reading than commenting. I'm bad for that myself, but will endeavor to change that. Here's hoping a few other fellow lurkers post instead of selfishly reading and running ;)
Another lurker here. I actually just stumbled across your blog and followed the link to the official thread here. Firstly let me just say how awed I am with the amount of detail you've put into this challenge, and second I love what I have read so far (still reading) - the imagery is amazing. Incredible job so far! @…
Amazing as always. Love how the entrance maintains an almost urban feel that could see it blend in with not just Fort Sim but other worlds too (with some tweaking if need be). Thing that amazes me with your lots is that there is nothing to add. You download, install and place in game. There's no need to refurbish as each…
UPDATE: Reinstalled base game. Let the game ff for a whole sim day without crashing (I was lucky to get 30 seconds for the last few days before CTD) I haven't reinstalled the expansions or stuff packs BUT so far so good. I think bob 007 you might have just saved the day. If I could gift you I would, am just so happy right…
That is the exact driver I'd attempted installing earlier at tech support #2's advice. This is what happened when I attempted to install it: The laptop is on a cooler/cooling pad. Vents dusted. And thanks for trying to help. Thanks Andoria, me too.Just wish something would work!
After twice contacting technical support I was given two different answers and neither solved the problem. It was suggested that my graphics driver was out of date but according to manufacturer AND Device Manager it is up to date. Directed by the second tech assistant to the ATI site (to download yet another different…
*lols* Yeah good luck. It's unreliable at the best of times ;) It's also worth noting you CAN use Delphy's Multi Extractor program (found at MTS) to open sims3.packs to package files which you can then manually install yourself in your MyDocs/EA/Sims3/Mods/Packages folder BUT like anything additional to the game there can…
I don't have all the answers on why your launcher isn't working; it seems fickle in choosing when it works even on my system. For a work-around on installing sims3.packs you can use a program called MERLIN found at TSR. I've used this in the past and it's worked for me. As for playing the game without using launcher, if I…
Having the same problem. I even completely reinstalled the game, removed all mods, cleared caches etc and started a brand new vanilla game and it STILL crashes. Am starting to think it might be the latest patch. That's the only thing that I can think of. Prior to that the game was working fine!
If nothing else it makes me more conscious of trying to get the Sim into a positive mood as opposed to it just happening. Having something to aim for (score) also helps rather than have a game that's open-ended. Granted I've only play tested this for just over two sim-weeks and so far things are running smooth. Could also…
Thanks SCDS1997, it IS challenging but hopefully enough to save someone else from boredom too. Let us know how you go. I'm going back to play more of mine shortly. Cheers  EDIT: added scorecard and pretty images to original post.
