Hi everyone, I've been following this thread and have very much enjoyed everybody's updates - I love the idea and have started rebuilding Willow Creek myself a couple of days ago! My founding couple are pacific islander (Mickey) and Caucasian (Karen): Mickey is getting started in the astronaut career and Karen wants to be…
Hey :) At long last I have got some time off and completed challenge 2 part 2, so, here it is! Origin ID: Pwhiskers Challenge/Part no: 2/2 Lot name that you built on: Potters Splay (Willow Creek) Would you like feedback: Yes please Gallery Link:…
@Cbear13 Thank you so much for your feedback, I really appreciate it  I agree the front was looking a little bare, I think I ran out of steam a bit after doing the back ha! For the light sticking out the rock, I have a question. It was meant to be attached to it (see this photo below) as I used moveobjects and…
@shellbeme Pilar's garden is beautiful  I like that her house matches her personality so well. Hopefully you won't have to sacrifice the outdoor space to make room for the little ones! Still catching up but lovely pictures all
Sorry to be a bit slow to the uptake on this one but I've just completed Challenge 2 Part 1 if that's OK! Origin ID: Pwhiskers Challenge/Part no: 2/1 Lot name that you built on: Potters Splay (Willow Creek) Would you like feedback: Yes please Gallery Link:…
Lovely updates  @Tomatplante Nanna's tower room is great! I might use this idea in one of my households for an artist studio  I love the view @Kaantje You're build style is really cool, good job making over Windenburg!
Just straight back to the main household, as there were others still back home whilst I was playing her in her active career  @Shades302 glad you finally got your aliens!
Today I finally qualified as a member so can now contribute to the thread as well as lurking and enjoying all your pictures  So here's a recent screenshot from my legacy family, the heir crashed a party at Sixam and promptly died of old age to the surprise/shock/horror/amusement of the locals
Sims 2 - expansion packs were just jam packed with so much content and kept you going for hours. So many cool little features which make up for all the loading screens, slightly dated graphics and allow it to be just as playable now, 2 iterations of Sims later
I like to create a neighbourhood from the bottom up, it's so easy in the Sims 2 with the blank maps and neighbourhood decorations. I'm currently playing the Build a City challenge and 'unlocking' things as I go with rotational gameplay
Sometimes with my Sims they learn where to sit when they eat their food after you direct them... so after directing them to the dining table to sit instead of when they usually use the sofa, next time they go to the dining table automatically.
I need to start playing Sims 2 again! Also, some of this custom content looks great - I'm never really a fan of using it in the Sims 4 or even when I played the Sims 3 for that matter. But it looks really good on the Sims 2 graphics. Where did you get your custom skins @s1mszzang ?
They'd probably replace the whole proper restaurant idea with market stands as an easier/less labour intensive/cheaper way of doing restaurants and that would suck.
That's amazing. I love hearing about little aspects of the game that you don't often discover. The most aspiration traits I've ever bought my Sim is 2 or 3, because I hate my Sims being too perfect! I love the story that you've created around your Sims though and it definitely sounds like an interesting family to play.
Cool start :) looking forward to seeing how your first generation progresses. I'm currently on generation 6 of this challenge and still totally engrossed (usually only ever get to generation 3!)
