In theory, it does work though. I kind of want more of a pet-focused challenge without the sadness and the death. If only there was a reward for fully training a dog and letting it go to a new family rather than just sadness.
I am kicking off my Barker Family Legacy today. I am going to purchase the Hound's Head 64 x 64 Lot for 12K. ( If you do it? You need to move to a temp lot and knock the house on Hound's Head down before moving in). From there I will follow the conventional legacy rules by buying Knight of the Octagon Table decoration…
I created my family yesterday but I haven't had a chance to try it. I need to build them some kind of super efficient house first :) I posted their picture on Twitter with a link to this tread.
I move into a temp small lot. Go to map view and bulldoze the lot I want. Change the lot type to Residential. Head back to my sim and have them use their phone to move.
I always get the feeling that Mila struggled a bit to cope when her husband left the picture. I sometimes think it would be nice to move in and help the out
I am super excited about pets and the new town. I took a long break from the Sims and since returning I have attempted a few different legacies. I get to the end of the first gen and start something different. The thing that annoys me about doing a legacy is the limits and restrictions that it puts on the game. I want to…
The only time I managed to do it was with a sim who had made friends with him from a previous visit. The next night he came to get her and later phone the daughter (the one who did the pleading) to ask her on a date. She went and just talked about how sad she was the whole time.
@Rainydayz179 hugs. I had a look at Xenophilia after you mentioned it. I still don't really know. I messed up my save though after I deleted my house. By messed up I mean deleted. I have a copy of the girls and Elise so I either start over with Elise or her heir?
@ClassicalSim I had to set it up in Bluestack. I hold the left mouse button and use A & D to rotate. It doesn't always work but it is better than nothing.
We are a mixed bag. Some people are scoring religiously and others are playing for fun. I was trying to follow the official one: https://www.simslegacychallenge.com/sims-4-legacy-challenge-rules-scoring-bulletpoint-format/ I know some members changed traits and I think one even changed the Aspiration. I think it is cool…
I might start again with a new save. I missed out on counting so many points because this was my first legacy. Hence I got a little overwhelmed when we have master ninja legacy members in this collaboration. :dizzy: @gigglecake I was doing Pinstar Strict Matriarchy. Some members customized Elise and some people left her as…
@SimQueenie9 Your Sims are there to support you and help you don't feel guilty. They love everything you throw/or don't throw at them. :) I hope the cloud lifts a bit tomorrow for you. I have not been on my Elise Robinson Legacy since I deleted my house to make a bigger one. Just after my first gen died. I can't decide if…
I am easy how we progress. I am actually just having a bit of a hard time getting over the hump. Poppy(my heir) has 5 days left as a teen. She has a bf and an idea in the direction she will go. My problem is I only want to play the family that I am progressing with but I don't really want to break them up because there was…
@LadyLana1 You can pick any partner. I am loosely doing the pinstar legacy rules. I say loosely because this is my first ever legacy and I have already failed at doing a tone of stuff.
