I get so frustrated by my teens! They'll be out with their friends and keep rolling a whim to buy a washer or buy a dryer. Yeah, right. This is really what's on a teen's mind when he/she is hanging out with friends. :neutral:

I am quite the opposite. When a new game comes out, the stories of my sims end, and I look forward to creating new sims and exploring their lives. I just imagine that my previous sims are contentedly going on with their lives...I am just not following along.

The stuck plates/books/toys bug is the only problem I've had with toddlers. That's problem enough, though. Right now I'm not playing toddler very much. I'm really hoping we will get an EA fix for this soon.

It is definitely an annoying glitch. Resetsim has always worked for me. I still have hovering books though, so I just go into build mode and move them. I hope this is fixed soon.

Nice to find someone who has a similar play style. I refer to my game as a "gigantic soap opera" that I follow. I find that if I do step in and try to match them up or choose a career, it backfires as often as not.

Thank you for the information. I was able to go back through Household Management to the vampire I created yesterday, and yes, I was able to give her a fully human appearance. I feel much more comfortable now in allowing a few of my sims to join this "strange new cult".

Pregnant sims could definitely die in Sims 2. Their hunger bars depleted so fast it was sometimes a real challenge to keep them alive. I know I did lose two mothers-to-be that way.

Right now my biggest frustration is losing drones. I send them out to record neighborhood footage and never see them again. (I've stopped sending them out now.) And, yes, I've searched and searched. We need a way to locate our missing drones.
