Added Living Life to the Max 10acy Legacy Challenge Cowplant Farm Challenge Well Rounded Family Decades Challenge Finishing School Challenge Justa Gigolo Challenge Complete the Family Tree Challenge
There is a limit to how one can do these lists. I decided on three parts to mine: the multigenerational challenges, the single generation or shorter challenges and the building challenges. I'm glad to see @cloudseeker is cool with it. The only other completely fair way is strict alphabetical. But then every…
Ah, so a valid clone using OR could be Squeamish and then restricted to gardening and fishing as their only means of support. Cruel and amusing, what more do we ask for from our clones? :P
Hi @EuphorialQueen - the clone challenge has always been more of a self driven thing. Get to Work adds new things you can challenge your clone to do: get to the top of one of the new careers, build and run a successful business. I don't actually own OR so I don't know if there are some specific things you could accomplish…
You don't have to kill them. I think I only killed poor Sam about 3 times (deliberately), 2 deaths of old age and the vast majority of clones lived until they had accomplished their task. Then I'd just start a new save to do something different. Most of them were to do things like get to the top of a certain career. One…
Actually, no. It's not a generational challenge. Your time lord does not get married, have children, raise children, and those children take on the next generation. There's no true legacy aspect to this challenge. More similar is the Clone Challenge. You are taking the same Sim through multiple experiences and lifetimes.…
@Vihisha I've been waiting for the challenge to be a little more developed. One house mini-challenge that is obviously the lead in to a longer challenge seems a bit early. After the second mini-challenge launches, I'll shove it on the list. @GymeaLillie - you are right. Should move that up to the generational challenges.
I found a Sims 3 one but it's a legacy challenge that the 10th generation is your actual Romeo and Juliet. Seems a bit tedious if you didn't want to do a legacy - and it is Sims 3 which means it may need some work to update it.
I'd definitely just add my own households into the mix. If they meet and fall for one of the pre-mades, that's fine. If they meet and fall for another one of my households, that's cool too. That's pretty much how I played Sims 2 - way back in the day. I've been thinking about a save for rotating through households. Though…
@EuphorialQueen They are two different challenges - and the rules for each are separately posted in threads of their own. @ddominic - I did add the neighbourhood wishes a few days ago (I don't always post when I add a challenge.) I hadn't added the other one - having ten babies with ten women before adulthood doesn't seem…
@Indyfaye While it reads like you've put a lot of thought into telling a story of goddesses - it doesn't sound like a Sims 4 challenge. On the other hand, it sounds like you are ready to tell an awesome story. Take a look at The Four Immortal Sisters. For gameplay purposes, this is a lot clearer. Each of the four sisters…
The list points to rules for various challenges. If you want to discuss your prettacy - you probably need a new discussion. Post a link to the main legacy thread - I think discussions of all the various legacy variations are allowed.
If you check the list, the 100 heartbreak challenge is up there. I was just hoping for a few better rule definitions. It's not the only challenge like that - rules for the Truman Show challenge are also posted to this discussion. That said, if you create a new thread for your proposed challenge - it's easier for people to…
There are a few things that I do love to see for a challenge.* The person who wrote the challenge has actually tried it. * It may be difficult to achieve but every challenge should have a clear objective that can be accomplished. * The rules for the challenge are clear. * There is a reason for each of the rules - if my Sim…
The 100 baby challenge doesn't necessarily require 100 different parents. You should do fertility treatment early (whatever the ts4 equal is) so twins and triplets speed things up. Also last time I looked, it can be a multi-generational thing. So is there a reason behind the 'no pregnancy' and 'no leaving the lot' rules?…
Hey @pc_geek115 I'll put it on the list - but a few questions and a comment. The comment first - your challenge cannot be both 'similar to' AND 'completely different' than the 100 baby challenge. I'd actually leave that sentence out of the description altogether since it adds no information. Is the mod so the house has…
@professorlilith It's already posted on the list http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/815692/the-sims-4-royal-kingdom The list is separated to three parts, the Royal Kingdom challenge is in the second part. The first part are multigenerational challenges The second part are not necessarily multigenerational…
