I never noticed this area in Del Sol Valley before (behind the Inner Circle lot). Wish they had done more with this idea, it's so ... realistic. With the tents under the bridge and a patrol car driving by every few minutes, this reminds me more of L.A. than any other part of DSV.

After buying HSY I checked several unplayed Sims and none of them had hair growth enabled. I did have a few new Sims span with a body hair preset, but again, hair growth was disabled.
