I think EA desperately needs to let off the gas a little and hire more people for the development teams at maxis before anymore burnout occurs, as shown with the recent packs. I want TS4 to be the best it can be, and it cant when the publisher keeps forcing them out.
My question is, why is it not possible for them to re-use their older songs from the series? (1 through 3) It's their IP, right? or does this have something to do with Copyright?
I did all that, and it is still giving a 14:-1 error Even if I use a different a different installer, the client would say that it "Can't connect to the server, try again in a few minutes" and if it does, it shows my games with the origin logo
I did make the Capp family and their home a while back, its still online if you want to see it, its not official but its pretty good....but i may have to re-upload it, but at the moment, i can't even pass the origin sign-in client
I like OR, I might be a bit biased due to the fact that I lived my childhood summers in my grandfather's cabin, so it's welcoming to me, but even I can see the problems that it has. Pure and simple, this game needs more things to do, have more random events, and more dire consequences. That's why social mods are so popular…
Hmm, I do recall pamphlets that were the size of the box cover, and you are right, I kinda forgot about them, So, I went to find a teaser card from the few Expansion boxes that i still have physical copies of and here's an exert from whatever expansion/stuff pack it was from that I pulled from my box (it had no cover and…
I'm used to the radio silence, really. it reminds me of TS2 Era, you didn't know what was coming, its kinda nostalgic (mind you, I didn't know that trailers for games existed back then, I only knew a game was out when it was on store shelves)
I like this idea, I really enjoyed that system, it made it so much more fun, especially making sims to their preferences and releasing them into the world, TS2 is by far my favorite.
I was thinking that the foundation problem could be fixed with them using the half wall idea, where there are different heights to choose from and it’s not being constrained to the foundation slider, that way, we can have sheds and other buildings with their appropriate heights, even giving homes little step ups. (My home…
No, and while it's cute, (that nuclear testing hamster made me laugh, but that's about it) they should have taken more time to add things. This just feels like they wanted to try something new, as this wasn't even part of the winter quarterly teaser, and geez, It did it blow up in their faces. If anything, like I said…
They need to take a month, maybe even two, to find out what's broken and what needs to be fixed, because as of this point, and I'll use a car as an analogy, they're basically adding more new parts to a broken car that can't even drive straight because the axle is shot
I just don't want to buy it because I don't want them to think that making small packs for this price is okay, and would rather see a lot of items and content to justify buying a stuff pack (and also, who's first pet was a hamster? I mean, I know all first pet experiences are different, but its like they only got a small…
I wish we had more skin details like freckles/birthmarks that work like a stamp that would be under the skin details (Also, its interesting we had ear/nose/lip/eyebrow piercings in TS2 that were introduced in the bon voyage EP and none were added on from that.)
Yes, actually, if you go to a pet clinic, there is a treat that brings them back to life if they eat it. (its named after the same meal that brings sims back) Don't know if it applies to the NPC pet's though, i haven't spent enough time to try everything (20 min total with the New EP)
Heel is a command that essentially tells your dog to come by your side in real life. I don't know how it works in this EP yet, though I expect it to work just like the real command. "Heel: The dog's head or shoulder is parallel to the handler's leg on the left side of the handler."
