Your opinion is incredibly popular. However this is a sims forum, and as expected there are quite a lot of EA apologists, but outside of here there are a great wave of fans who will come out and say that EA doesn’t care about their fans.

Anyone else just going to move onto that newly announced paralives? I’m getting the urge to boycott ts5 cos this 1 person dev fan game is shaping up to have more content in its base game than the sims 4 has ever had and it’s nowhere near alpha yet.

But why don’t they just disable the gallery for people who are out of date in terms of sims updates? Plenty of other games disable network features if you don’t want to update, such as Red dead redemption 2, gmod and Skyrim just to name a few, so why is the sims any different? Like you said, this is the gaming industry…

Incredibly...Diving was one of my favourite things to do in the Sims 3 because there was so much to explore and collect, but now it’s literally just...dive and collect mediocre items.

I kind of feel that there’s a lack of content in this one, and that the map is too small, especially compared with the previous games...but that could just be me. I’ll try to find a way to make this pack seem decent but so far it feels empty. What they should have done is expanded the map and made it into another Sims 2…

I just hope they spend all of their focus on the sims 4, and keep that as their primary sims game rather than jumping to the sims 5, at least for a couple more years. I can only hope they make TS4 better than TS2 and 3, but knowing modern day EA...My hopes aren’t exactly too high

I don’t want a sims 5 until the sims 4 has reached its potential. If the sims 5 happens to come out and happens to believe up to the standards of TS2 or 3, then I’ll buy it, but my faith isn’t exactly too high rn because I feel like we’ll be getting charged way too much for too little content.
