  • The belly buttons are currently texture details of the body skin rather than being separate. I doubt you'll see a slider mod for this I'm afraid, but you could always make or find new skin textures with different belly button styles.

  • Where are you looking? For the Demo the Mods folder is in your /Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo/ folder rather than the install directory. I imagine the full game works in the same manner.
