In a perfect world I would have been ok with this being an expansion if it came right after Seasons. I think Island Living could have cut out all the eco stuff and just focused on the "under the sea" aspect more. The "ocean" was a unique aspect that the devs skipped out on developing fully. I am actually really HAPPY with…
Nifty Knitting!! I wanted to choose a yarn ball icon, but the 2 available looked like a bowl of food. The other, made me think of sports for some reason. Rocking chair it IS then.
Beggars can't be choosers I guess. I'd say %50 is pretty good. I didn't care for the build items except for beautiful oval window and the arched window right after.
Q1. I like the mentioned cross-pack ideas. No Fame, please. Knitting is for one's self and loved ones. Cats&Dogs: cat toy that looks like yarn ball. Knitted collars & pet outfits. Laundry Day: some one else mentioned the ability for a chance to have knit items shrink in the dryer (must dry on clothesline). Maybe also the…
I thought #23 would look weird on a young adult, but oh man. Now that you mention it, that outfit would give grandmother sims a quirky sophistication. That would have been cool.
Arts&Crafts would be the category steering you towards knitting. Knitting is game play itself. Yes, I agree that craft decorative items that aren't involved with knitting would be acceptable (trust me I love the huge craft table just to have it littered with a mess of crafts), but the CAS items are half of the main feature…
@EA_Mai @SimGuruSarah I understand the logic in not being able to add much to a Stuff Pack, but then why include Arts&Crafts as a theme in the first place? Hobbies are an activity by default. I think this was the root of the problem. I’d like to add that the entire community was able to vote on the “Knitting Pack”. Meaning…
I'd like to use hats more, but most of them are too silly to put on a sim. I was excited about some of the hats from the vote, but we end up with #12 the Teddy bear hat!?
Ivyeyed;c-17395217"]The survey really could have been made better. With one question and 92 items to try to evaluate at once in one giant image, I wonder if a lot of stuff that would have been popular was overlooked, or if a lot of people who would have participated didn’t because they were overwhelmed by choice. > @CathieCMR said: > I can't remember if I chose the boots or not, but don't mind either way. :) However, I'd love to see a stuff pack of clothes. Something like a wardrobe pack. I've noticed a lot of people want more men's, toddlers, and kids clothes...so I think it'd be cool to have a pack for each, or a pack with a few…

I don’t know why they try to make it seem that way. It doesn’t matter what we actually select, they will give us a variety. They will probably pick the most…
The clothing style that I liked was from "cozy craft workshop". But I thought the look of the room from "DIY delight" was more intersting. I'm really not sure why we could not have separate votes for the clothing and room style?
> @mika said: > I spent over 30 minutes trying to choose..this was difficult Same here! I wrote down my rough draft picks just to change my idea of what would fit better with the pack, like 4 times! I also tried to pick 2 complete outfits for each age. It only makes sense to have the whole family included.
> @Karababy52 said: > I don't know why, but I personally get the impression that this vote is just for CAS items that our Sims will not be knitting and available to wear whether your Sims knit or not. I believe (could be wrong) knitted items will be completely separate and unavailable until they are knitted and 'unlocked'…
> @SimGuruSarah said: > Howdy Simmers! > > Our next round of voting will kick off on Monday January 27th at 10am PST. You’ll be voting for the Create-A-Sim clothing that will be featured in our Arts & Crafts Stuff Pack, with an emphasis on knitted attire. The vote will feature knitted items, as well as crafty clothing with…
> @ravynwolvf said: > One thing that would help gameplay overall would be to tweak the yard sale tables so you could set one up in your yard (or anywhere, for that matter) and actually have sims stop and buy things (like knitted items). They really don't do much of anything as they are now (why they don't do anything is…
