There is nothing to debate here. If you carefully read my post, I never factually said my Sims were immune from death. Though they will not die from death due to old age with age progression off. I then went on to discuss other ways they could die. I've played for years now. Regardless, that is not the case with my Townie…
No, not in my game and others have reported the same. In fact, you do not need to use a mod, just deactivate age progression under game options and your sim should live. Unless you installed a feature or pack that comes with a way they can die (and that has been activated like struck by lightening with rain feature in…
Definitely, something different than what was expected for sure. Let's just hope EA do a better job play testing new features in the future so we can enjoy new features. In the meantime, fix this mess, lol. That is, if they want players to be able to enjoy it. Instead of just having us disable it altogether. Because I…
Well, it's strange as I just played the game and though, I disabled the feature with "other households", my Nancy Landgrab Townie Sim apparently died, Lol. Just disappeared. So, go figure.
??? Umm... Actually, I edited my post when I realized I apparently responded to incorrect one. Especially, since person didn't respond. So no need of mood as I was stating truth about the problem. Either way, instead of "work arounds" or theories. We need real solutions and adjustments from EA. We should at least expect…
From what I can see, the played sims are not set for Neighorhood stories. But the rest of the town sims are. Unless, you customize each one or turn it off for all. Except, the customizing is a pain and doesn't work right as noted in my original post. You can try it though and see how you like it, lol.
Wow, I imagine the "killing off your Townies too much" had to be even worse, lol. Thus far, I haven't noticed that yet and hopefully, I disabled it successfully so it won't happen. It's just all excessive.
No, I already looked those links up after getting the patch update. It's just usually it's announced here on the home page of this forum and for some reason it did not show up at all. That's why I said, EA may want to post it here as well. Especially, for those of us who may not go into the game on a daily basis, lol.
The scenarios gameplay does not interest me and I'm pretty sure most players have already played their own version of the two basic scenarios regarding money and romance.
You should definitely contact EA about that. Thus far, I've noticed what I mentioned in my original post and the game being very glitchy, like my played sim being in one spot. Then, turning up in another spot during the gameplay and walking through walls, objects, lol. Makes me wonder if they play test the game before…
Well..... ONE of the best features about Sims 4 is the Active careers that come with Get Famous and Get To Work game packs as well Dine Out, Home decorator career is where players can interactively go to work with their sims and not a rabbit hole or create a business for them that is functional. Additional careers in Real…
I also dislike when they "play" as well. What a bore. So I either skip watching (and wait for a 2 minute summary elsewhere) or end up fast forwarding through all that to hear if there are any real answers to obviously, carefully chosen questions. Questions they still didn't give a solid answer to, lol.
After watching the live-stream, I just can't see paying full price for this pack or the pack at all. Mainly because It just doesn't have enough interesting game play and judging by the trailers, it also doesn't appear to have a lot of unique items in CAS or B/B, either. I mean, a "decorated" bike? But I'll wait to see what…
I don't get that either. Isn't that a health matter? In fact, I always thought it was weird to add vegetarian as a trait as well. I think EA is mixing up preferences for traits to make the game more challenging. Yet, I would rather they use those trait slots for something else like "worry wart or workaholic", and/or _poor…
