Several small updates from me today. The Custom Wants Mod, The Hopes & Fears Mod, Check Out Venue Overhaul and No Death By Urban Myth have all had small updates. Gossip About Neighbourhood Stories and Teenage Interaction Reactions has been updated again,

I do wish Maxis would stop with the small, pointless Wants. While they can be handy for preventing the Unfulfilled Dreams fear, they're not that great for further developing a Sim's personality.

Try removing all mods and see if that solves it. If it does, you can do the 50/50 method to find the culprit. If BE has flagged SimNation, it might be worth making sure you've got the latest version. If you have, I definitely recommend letting adeepindigo know <3

I think what ends up happening is people follow the creators on places like Twitter, Instagram etc and the modders/creators tend to share sneak-peeks on there. Not straight forward/not possible because a lot depends on their Wants. Wants relating to their needs tend to fulfill themselves anyway but Wants such as Have a Child aren't ones I assume you'd want done autonomously. So not really possible, I'm afraid.
