It could also be something like a dirty plate inside or trash plant outside, if sims clean it up it goes away instead of growing worse. The only way to find the problem inside is to put the walls up and check anywhere they could have set something down on, be it almost ceiling height shelving or on top of a half wall. Good…

I built my legacy family an 8 bedroom house with a first floor nursery and a 2 story library on that 50x50 lot in Willow Creek. @Oldeseadogge but I do have Seasons and I have noticed a bigger problem with the plants, they are reverting back to a lesser quality everytime I leave the lot. Now I spend all my gardening time evolving plants that were perfect after they sprout from dirtpile phase again.

Just wanted to update this to something I found out; if you put a large amount of money in the vault and then add the vault to family inventory it reduces bills drastically and you don't have to move it off lot. I added 7 million to the vault and stuck it in family inventory, Mel's bills went from 180k a week to 69k!!…

Thank you!! I hit me too while reading that, one poster said if you put shoes on them in CAS the feet show up then remain after removing the shoes. Stupid issue but at least there is a work around, I'm going to try that and see if it works on this 'fixed' issue. Thank you again!. :)

Thank-you thank-you! I really appreciate all the help, as I posted in a different thread our RL family has had 3 deaths in a 4 month period, some days I just can't get it together. I finally found my legacy save so I should be able to play them going forward in the new house when infants drop. <3 >:)
