I play long sessions during the weekend, but I can put in a couple of hours during a weekday evening too. It's the nice part of being childfree, when I'm not working my time is all my own. :)
I like blue. :) I'm very much looking forward to this pack! For $10, it feels well-rounded and worth the money. We will have so many hanging plants and cats!
I'm using all buildable levels right now. I'm playing the apocalyse challenge by pinstar (with updated rules by poopsiesims) but you start with only being able to build on an 8x8 plot. But there are no restrictions on building up or down. :D so we have 9 8x8 levels, counting the rooftop where the rocket ship is docked.…
I've left comments elsewhere about the show also, but the only reasons I'm not giving it a 1 and why I will continue to watch it is to support the game changers. The fact that the sims producers allowed this show to happen makes me sad. I don't think they fully informed the game changers what they were signing up for ahead…
I agree with most of the other criticisms already posted here. It was very shallow, the forced drama made me cringe, in fact team gnome using their advantage to help the other players because they knew each other as friends was hands down my favorite part of the episode. I'll watch the rest of the show just because I like…
The 2 hobbies that are consistent across all of sims and saves are collectable hunting and gardening. Beyond that, I let my sims pursue what their heart desires.
@daisy1989 make sure you use the link for message boards and forums. I use imgur now too, and they have 5ish different link options, the correct one is 3rd or 4th in the list, I believe.
The most realistic feeling gameplay I do is the decades challenge. I try to replicate real period houses and decor as closely as possible off of pictures I find, and I nerd out on researching each decade to make sure my gameplay is as historically accurate as possible, for jobs, hobbies, holiday celebrations, names, etc.…
I like the concept of the pack, it's new and different for the sims and I'm interested in trying it out. I like the industrial-modern decor theme and the changes that will happen throughout the worlds as a result of your sim's actions. There are also enough new options for activities and careers for your sims to try that…
The grungy world will be a nice setting for apocalyse-themed stories. I am so excited for more crafting/hobbies! I am very interested in learning more about the bug house. The build/buy assets look very nice. I always like modern/natural-looking assets.
Hello All! I posted a one-shot video featuring my legacy challenge heir Alina on her quest for treasure. Please let me know what you think of it! :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9VcCTbRveX4
I know that seasons and cats and dogs get a lot of love, but they both felt shallow to me overall. City living added a world, 3 job paths of a new type (work from home) a new skill, festivals, apartments, new foods, new fun items (keyboards, video game consoles, karaoke, basketball hoops), and CAS and Build and Buy assets…
I absolutely love the items and clothing style in this pack. I don't think I've ever liked a stuff pack quite this much before, although vintage glamour is also quite up there for me. :) *edit: spelling
Hello youtube simmer friends! :) it's so much fun to be able to share our creative ideas with each other. Here's the link to my channel: Www.youtube.com/lissyk9 I'll work my way through this thread and sub to all of you today! Happy Simming! (*edit: done! :) )
Hi @Staralien7 ! :) thanks so much for checking out my channel! I subscribed to you as well, and I'm excited to see the content you produce! Hopefully we'll both have a good year on YouTube.
Hello! I'm starting 2020 by starting my own channel. :) I'm really excited! Please check it out and let me know what you think. https://youtu.be/mR6A0C8fcjI
If you want to start with university, I would either make a family with a teenager, choose a like pre-made household to play, or use the CAS stories to make a sim. You get a better start at university, as in what degrees you get accepted into and which scholarships you can earn, based off of having some skills when you…
