For me that's the whole point of adding it. Kids and teens would love it, while adult and elders would hate it. Perfect for some sim drama, or even some unexpected reaction like sometimes happened with the "goosing" interaction in The Sims 2. And it was a lot of fun!
It would be good if the sim disappeared while taking the exam, as they do when performing an activity outside like when volunteering, so players would understand their sims were taking the exam. The way it is now players think nothing is happening and it must be a bug...
I agree that with most things it is like you described, but not for something like saving your life. I don't believe you would ever forget it. I have an example in my family, when he was young my dad saved the life of a friend who was at gun point. When they were old, my dad's friend every time he met my dad in a group, he…
My sim got the "get married in 7 days" call, she accepted it and I believe she received 10,000 simoleons! And a message saying something like she would receive 'the rest' later!
It happens to my sims all the time. When I play one household, I find sims I created in other households wearing ridiculous clothes, not the ones I picked for them. It is frustrating.
I don't believe they are learning anything. My sims also stop doing what I assigned them to do in order to usually workout, harvest or play basketball. I think whatever they decide to do instead of their current task is related to an active NAP (neighborhood action plan) in some world. I guess you were just lucky the NAP…
If developers are having trouble trying to find where was the issue causing the bug with toddlers' interactions, this is the description I found in a site (h**ps://thefreshsims.tumblr.com/post/621111845953175552/toddler-mentoring-fix) that presented a fix for this problem: "With the June 3rd patch EA broke mentoring…
It doesn't matter if it is a "open world" like TS3 or "closed world" like TS4, either option could be a great game and push the franchise forward or not. What would make a difference are the options available. If TS5 has all interactions and objects EXACTLY like TS2 but with better graphics it will have the potential to be…
"Realistically"? Another disappointment like "The Sims 3" and "The Sims 4". But I'm an incorrigible optimist, so I hope it will be "The Sims 2" with better graphics!
The path for success in this franchise was cleared by Will Wright, He made "The Sims" then he improved it to "The Sims-2" (By improving I mean he ADDED stuff, he EXPANDED the number of interactions and objects) and it was the best version of the game. From this point on it went downhill. "The Sims-3" improved CAS and…
This is an awesome suggestion! It would improve the game a lot! I can think of some related interactions: - If kids watch a horror movie on TV, they would get scared and they would only be able to sleep in their parents bed (sharing the bed with one of them), what would force mom or dad to sleep somewhere else. - If a kid…
Some critical bugs in the game "The Sims 4" have been reported in the Answers HQ's bug report section for about two months now, and no fix has been released by EA. These bugs make the game almost unplayable. I'm referring to: 1- NPCs stealing objects in Community lots (making the lot corrupted) and in other sims' houses.…
I'd love to see an amusement park in The Sims 4, but I'd like it to be in a bigger expansion pack as described in this thread: https://forums.thesims.com/en_us/discussion/896426/sims-leaks/p1
The Sims 2 is still BY FAR the best version of the franchise. All social interactions it had made the sims look more alive than any other version of the game. It is my dream come true if we have a new release of The Sims 2 with ALL interactions, objects, and features (chemistry, memories etc.) the original game had, plus…
