For me personally, it is not about the killing (they don't even need traps that kill). All I am looking for is an element of surprise and randomness. Sims 4 has it, just not to the extent I would like. Sims 1 and 2 had it a lot and Sims 3 had it....not to the extent of the previous iterations, but it was there.
This is the countdown for when it comes out http://simscommunity.info/2018/02/22/countdown-to-the-release-of-the-sims-4-jungle-adventure/ 6pm for CET It is not released until later
I personally like many aspects of Sims 4. Doesn't mean that I don't think there are things missing/not well done. I like the pack, I just think it could have been even better. There is no reason as to why danger should not be an aspect of this game. (It actually already is just not to the extend I want...look at lint in…
I doubt it is Sims 5. There was too much backlash about Sims 4 missing features, still is. I will not buy Sims 5, if they don't 'finish' Sims 4 first. I just wouldn't trust them to finish Sims 5 either and then I am left with two games with missing content.
I actually noticed that about myself when I played Sims 2. Now what I do is, I give each sim a purpose to explore a certain part of the game. I play rotationally with lots of sims, so that works for me. I do that in Sims 4 and that way I never get bored.
Sims 2 memory system Sims 2 family tree (I don't understand why they can't make a family tree that does not delete culled sims) burglar supernaturals firemen normal telescope DANGER (sudden deaths) Military career Teaching career
I agree. I was excited to see a real danger element here and was quite disappointed when I saw that there wasn't any. I feel like this pack has a lot potential and could have been amazing, if they had tweaked it a bit (hidden traps, real danger etc)
I am very hyped up about the danger aspect of this pack and the map so far. I think it is awesome that there is less 'fakeness' and more to explore on the map (I also like that you need to come back to see all). The skills look good so far as well. I am a little sad that we can't love there at all, though I know it is a…
Just a quick info. The traps, loot and layouts will change every sim day or so. Which is awesome! Source: https://simsvip.com/2018/02/13/sims-4-jungle-adventure-twitter-bits-gurus/
I AM SO EXCITED! "Correct. Layouts will change, traps will randomize, loot can be different. There's definitely reasons to return and explore more!" Source: https://simsvip.com/2018/02/13/sims-4-jungle-adventure-twitter-bits-gurus/
I am beyond excited about this. I loved World Adventure, but it was so buggy and it took 10 minutes to load on my pc back then, so I can't wait for this. It is exactly what I was asking for: an element of danger to the sims 4. In my opinion a danger element was/is missing from this game so much and I hope exploring it…
Thank you! I really hope it works. I really don't want to have to buy it twice. I have bought EPs in the UK and Germany without any issues, but I have no idea if that's only because they are European countries.
I wish they would have focussed more on how traits affect a pets behavior as well as the fears and obsessions. It's a great idea and I wish I would have seen more of it.
I agree! I love that premades all look so different and give players a starting point for their stories. Whenever I make sims they mostly look similar and their traits are very easy to play with. To me one of the best parts of the game is to seehow genetics of premades play out and to challenge myself to continue their…
