I wish they would add new areas in the existing worlds or make new worlds with interesting public areas and empty lots to build on. I do build in Newcrest because I needed more empty lots, but it is very similar in look and feel to Willow Creek.
Honestly, I am least excited about this pack over any of the others. I recently went back to S3 after getting SUPER bored with S4 and I honestly don't know what they could give me in a pack that would make me go back anytime soon. The only benefit to playing S4 over S3 is the stability and load times, different building…
Still obsessed with this game! My list: https://store.thesims3.com/myWishlist.html?persona=LaurenNumberOne Thanks in advance for any gifts. Everyone here is so generous and greatly appreciated.
Definitely ended up with more than 13 rooms, but I figured the more ridiculous the better. I ended up making a kind of maze in the basement with gnomes at the dead ends. It actually turned out pretty funny because people visiting the museum go through the maze to view the gnomes so it's super busy down there. I can imagine…
Maybe you mean it's more like property taxes. Your mortgage doesn't go up based on changes in your property values. You agree to a price and you get a loan for that much and you pay it off over time. But the bank can't go back and decide you owe more because now it's worth more. Your taxes can increase though, because…
I also find it boring and I don't like the exaggerated cartoon style as much. I prefer more realistic looking sims with actual differences. I swear all my sims end up looking pretty much the same even though I change their features. I can play Sims 3 for hours, more stuff going on around town, more building and decorating…
You Got: 35% cat person and 65% dog person! You are a dog person! You love coming home from work and being tackled by your fave buddy, and seeing a dog on the street makes your day. You should absolutely get a dog if you haven't got one already. I have two cats and a dog. All adopted or rescued. Evie (named for Evie Frye…
Has this fixed for you? I'm having the same issue. I have a gift, but I can't accept or decline. I have received other gifts and can accept them just fine, but not this one. The mailbox noise is driving me crazy!
Are you sure the whole game is frozen? Mine seems like it's frozen, but if I Alt+Tab out and close the launcher (which pops up in the background to download the content), then I can go back in the game and it works fine. It just goes REALLY slowly for me and I have to let it finish downloading and installing, close the…
OK. I have no idea what that pattern was. It just shows up as a black square in CUSTARD. Try http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=7141783. I scanned it and it looks clean.
I couldn't move out a roommate by using the phone. It wouldn't let me move anyone without the active sim also in the list. I could, however, go to edit town, select my house and choose to split up household. My roommate was listed as part of my household. Have you tried that? I couldn't tell from what you wrote if they are…
I made 3 different houses for this contest, but finally decided on this one. It doesn't have as much cool stuff as the others, but I loved the quaint, homey feel too much. Creator-- LaurenNumberone Price-- Furnished: $39,459, Unfurnished: 18,310 Link-- http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=7141783 Description--…
My charity of choice is Great Dane Rescue of North Texas. That's where I adopted my baby boy and I volunteer with them as much as I can. They rock and they use every cent they get on the Danes they rescue. http://danerescue.net/ Here is my entry. http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=7092188 Modern outdoor…
