Bahahaha... I got 5/9. Which is actually way better than I thought I would get, since I am just not much of a rom-com person. I think I may have seen two or three of the movies that were even options to pick. Please enter me, while I contemplate why the name "Buffy Summers" was a choice.
I think I've gone more towards Sim Bar or Sim Chooser in my own head. I've got to say, Sim Skewer sounds really weird. I don't think I've ever heard anyone refer to it that way. Guillotine Queue has got to be my favorite, though. Even if it is a joke, it is quite illustrative of what to look for. Where's the row of…
Oooh, you're asking the hard questions... But I've been hoping to add Growing Together to my collection, so I'll pick that one! Thanks for the giveaway!
I have to agree with all the Greg and Vlad and Mrs. Crumplebottom mentions. She snuck up on me one time when I wasn't expecting it... I still haven't forgiven her yet. For one that I don't think anyone has mentioned yet, what's the name of that one lady from Del Sol Valley with the big hair? She's always walking around…
VENICE Say "ciao" to your new Italian home! Take in the beautiful sights by foot, car, or, even gondola. There will be tons of delicious food for you to sample as you explore this stunning city. I'm surprised, to say the least. It isn't a place I've even ever thought about visiting. I would have expected any other result…
My instinct would be to combine some of these ideas, because if you're having trouble deciding what to do, keeping things dynamic might help you stay engaged with it. I'd say start with two roommate Sims and plop them down in the haunted house. Give them a bit of time to build up their careers and play the haunted-ness of…
Bestselling Author You want to tell stories! You're exceptionally creative and imaginative. You're always daydreaming, doodling, or getting lost in a good book. I'm another one with the author aspiration! This does actually fit me really well. I also wanted to be a famous author when I was little, and I haven't given up…
One way to do it might be to save the bedrooms to the gallery individually, delete the second floor of your lot, and then download the bedrooms again and place them where you want on the first floor. I haven't done it myself, though, so I'm not entirely sure on the process or if there's any little fiddly tricks that might…
I've escaped this bug and never had a problem... until yesterday. My poor vampire and his dirt-pile plasma. I guess he'll have to start chasing Sims around for their blood now. >:)
I haven't for a while, but sometimes I've found them helpful if I've had a lot going on in one household, and just need to get a Sim out of the way for a while (there are other ways of doing this too, of course, but if there's a dog in the house, why not?)
Expansion Pack: Seasons. It pretty much affects all of my saves, and it helps me feel the passage of time in the game. Game Pack: Parenthood, because I run a lot of games with long lineages. If I could choose two, I'd have vampires and werewolves together, but occults seem a little strange when you only have one of them.…
I'm not sure if this is true or just something I assumed, but I had a similar issue a few years ago where I couldn't put a family into a house and keep the furniture. I think I figured out that there had been a fire on the lot when I wasn't there, so it had gone a bit glitchy where the furniture showed up when I went…
I got... Horse Mom! This seems probably the closest to what I'd really be like. I rode a giant horse for about 30 seconds at a Ren Faire a couple of years ago, and that's about the extent of my horse experience. But this does definitely describe my relationship with my two dogs! Please enter me, and thanks!
I usually have about four saves, but let me tell you about one of them... I was using the save mostly as a test and building area. There was a woman with a toddler as the active household, but I couldn't remember why I had started her, and I felt like doing a different, dastardly sort of game. Ages ago, on this forum,…
If you've got a vampire in the household, there is a higher-level vampire power that you can use to affect other Sims' emotions. As far as ones that I use most often, though, the potions are handy to get child Sims in the right moods for their aspirations, and I use the chess table a lot as well.
I got grunge, which is very surprising to me. I think there are a lot of elements of the grunge aesthetic that I like, but not all at the same time. In the real '90s, if I had taken the quiz, I probably would have ended up more on the preppy end of the spectrum. My style has changed just a bit. Enter me please, and thanks…
6/15 for me. I used to be an extremely avid reader, but not so much anymore (Living, quite literally, more than 50 miles from the nearest bookstore will do that sometimes). But still... I did expect to do a little bit better than that! Please enter me, and thanks for the giveaway!
I love your attention to detail. As some of the other comments show, there is a glimmer of something in it that other Simmers can see how it could become good... but this is so definitely a Bad Idea and would satisfy no one.
That's devious! Especially if the kit has a bunch of small, moveable items. Invisible guitar? Is it where you left it? Hidden in a corner? In one of your Sims' inventories? Nobody knows! I'm oddly curious about this one, having no experience of 90s rave culture. What would be in it? What would be left out? (This might make…
I voted for Goth too, for pretty much the same reasons as everybody else. I have some Sims in my game right now that could definitely go for that aesthetic. I voted for Medieval as a Build/Buy, and I'm really going back and forth on whether that was the right choice. Medieval would mesh well with some of the Cottage Living…
Most of my houses, I build myself. Gallery builds don't work most of the time for me: because of the MOO issue mentioned earlier where it is hard for Sims to navigate builds, because I'm missing several packs which mean that half the build disappears sometimes, and then also because sometimes I want something very specific…
