When walking or jogging down the road if my sim gets caught behind a slow sim they can't go around them. They run and stop, run and stop. MOVE!! Get out the way!

I noticed that too. I went to the sim store and about fell over when one whole themed set was as much as I payed for one SP. Thank the lord for CC this time around huh? I can't afford the prices EA is asking for on the sims 3. I hate greedy corporate America. They really get my goat.

I agree, I am a builder and so is my honey and he thinks that they have the right idea this time with the ability to raise and lower the roof level but you need to be able to like click on each section of roof once it's been laid and be able to adjust the height of each roof piece. It would make each house so much more…

I totally agree. Just last night I had one of my male sims who found a pink diamond "give" it to his only daughter for her birthday when she aged up from a child to a teen. Um actually now that I think about it I got married on a community lot, and when it was asking me which household I want each member in, that's when I got to choose.
