Overwatch and ErrorTrap are pretty-much required mods to fix the little bugs that never got fixed, and they also keep your game healthy. Good luck with your learning and have fun!

NRAAS will auto-reset stuck sims unless you change the settings in Overwatch to False. Then you can watch where they're getting stuck and fix the area yourself as needed.

I use buydebug all the time to add the martial arts trainer and board breaker to my gyms. And also use the spawners to add items to worlds that don't have them.

How long does it take for tiberium to grow? I have put them on the grass outside for several days and they don't grow or duplicate.

TS1depot is correct. Only #3 has a dedicated video card, and the 1030 is so bad its might as well be built-in. None of those will run the Sims 3 very well.
