You can use any dog voice on any dog :) So if you wanna make a great dane that sounds like a fox,you can. Or a fox with a loud,deep bark :D Same goes for the cats,you can use any cat voice on any cat,which includes raccoons!

I believe that is the case,yes. So if you have 1 Sim and 1 female pet and she gets pregnant,she could have a litter of up to 6 puppies/kittens. Or if you have 6 Sims and 1 female pet,she would only have 1 puppy/kitten.
