Exactly this. I don’t even use unfurnished in-game homes. Only time I furnish is when I build (except for renovating as a sim earns more money & whatnot). I agree with this as well.

So weird! I wonder why you aren't getting those options. I was going to test my TS3 later because I knew I had had a storyline with a sim who loved riding horses since childhood.

Yes, both of these! CASt made building and furnishing easier for me, not harder. It's harder and more time consuming for me to find pieces of furniture that match, when in TS3 I could pick whatever I wanted and make it match. The only thing I don't understand about the doghouses being cruel argument from EA is that they built a system where sims can lock their dogs outside. I understand why they did that, but it is odd to me that they've said doghouses are cruel while also implementing a way for us to easily create sims that leave their pets…

Even though it was bogged down, I loved it. Choosing any pieces of furniture for a room and being able to perfectly match them was a huge improvement for me. Like Cameron said, I wish we at least had TS2 style where you could choose multiple swatches for objects. I love CASt so much :astonished:

I've noticed in my game and on LPs that animals are farther away from animations than they should be. For example, in one of Deli's LPs the dog poops and it ends up landing a foot away from the dog and underneath a sim. If you click on the dog you should see a command to get them to potty (I don't remember what exactly it says). They have to be trained to potty by themselves (you'll get a notification when they've learned). I think it's a glitch. I've seen a few similar posts on here. I haven't tried it yet. ETA from reading the forums, there should be animals with the agent and you click which one you want to adopt. I haven't read about anyone clicking the agent to have the animals appear.

I've experienced the long loading times! I agree, almost as long as sims 3. Mine have been longer since the patch and then the C&D install added to it. I thought I was the only one experiencing it. Yeah, in TS2 and TS3, dogs could sleep on the bed. After playing C&D this weekend, it's still a bummer to me that dogs can't. I don't see any aspects to the gameplay that justify this omission.

Dogs can only sleep on the couch. Cats can sleep on both the couch and the bed

I'm honestly wondering what they will even approach first. There are a few universal bugs/glitches, but everyone also seems to have some that only a few others have. There's such a large variety.

In addition to the loading times I already mentioned (again, no CC/mods, empty tray, deleted cache, repaired game), I'm having a bug with Modify Sim in CAS. When I exit CAS, any sims that were sleeping are standing up next to their beds. They will then get right back in them. This happens every time I do this.
