  • Thanks for the tip @SimsLovinLycan ! What a great idea. Definitely going to give it a go when my current sim family's little boy ages up
  • I discovered pose packs for the first time and the cuteness almost killed me. These are just a few of the many pics I took: Matilda and her baby sister, Nora <3 & Nora with their dad, Jacob
  • Thank you!
  • I actually think the sparkly effects are so the switching of animations looks smoother and less noticeable, that was my first thought anyway. I don't like the effect either but I LOOOVE the play animations so I'm trying to ignore it haha.
  • Had my first baby age into a toddler today and discovered that the parent will immediately teach them to walk! Had only played with CAS toddlers before. Very cute
  • They are seriously the most adorable little things! I love them!
  • There are some gorgeous sims in this thread! Here's my favourite sim of the moment, Rebecca Schuler: I've been playing the game on Long lifespan for the first time, just because I love her so much! :D
  • I always try to buy physical copies of games unless they're fairly small in size (such as the episodic content from Telltale, or now Square Enix) because I HAVE THE SLOWEST DOWNLOAD SPEED EVER! Or it at least feels that way when I'm living with two other people who are always playing online or watching something on Netflix…
  • @albanie Glad I was able to point you in the direction of it, your tree is looking great so far! @SkellySpades Wowza, all your trees are seriously impressive! They must have taken a lot of time :D @horrorfan1980s @bean Jesse Pinkman is in there also (don't have a very good pic of him though) :p Couldn't resist downloading…
  • @Karritz Not really to be honest, unless I actively play them or they become part of the main family. Creating a tree for every pre-made family would be tedious! My playing style is to just start with one family then play it's subsequent generations (and the multiple households that come with that), so if a sim joins the…
  • @astridentanja What can I say, I love a big sim-family :p I play rotational for this family but with auto-aging on so that I can stick with my favourites for a while without worrying about having to catch up everyone else in age later. I have a Legacy family on a different save file in which I chose the one heir though so…
  • @bmealayna That's why I like it so much, it takes no time at all! @Karritz I see your point, and I'd 100% prefer for the game to do it for me, but I do find it quite fun to mess around with it for 5 mins after a play session. Maybe I'm just strange ;) I'm still hoping that it will be patched back into the game though, I…
  • I have to admit that I don't really see the problem, the kid looks like a realistic mix of both parents.
  • Excellent! I had a lot of her Sims 2 stuff back in the day :D
  • I do remember enjoying TS3's create-a-style, so looking forward to playing around with that when I'm decorating :) And thanks for the suggestion! I'll definitely check that mod out then. I definitely think I'm going to enjoy the openness of the world! @SPARKY1922 Wow, loving all that family drama! Great storytelling, I…
  • I recently built myself a new gaming PC (with a lot of help from a friend since I'm not the most tech savvy), and it can run TS4 on ultra settings with no lag :) I've not tried TS3 with it since I don't have it installed on this PC yet, but in the process of doing that now and will give it a try later.
  • There seems to be conflicting reports on this, some simmers get reactions from their sims and others are in the same boat as you. I had a sim walk in on his wife in bed with another man just to see what would happen, and he got a sad moodlet (just about her flirting I might add), but he didn't actually DO anything! He just…

  • 1. On a scale of 0-10 (0 being low/10 high) rate your experience with Sims 4. I'd probably go for a 8/10. 2. How many hours would you estimate you've played TS4? Origin says 162 hours. 3. Have you played past iterations of the Sims franchise? Yep! 4. If you answered yes to #3, which games have you played? The Sims (PS2),…
  • Yes, exactly! I enjoyed the clothing in the Sims 2 Teen Style stuff pack, it felt like it fit the age group, so perhaps they could take inspiration for clothes from that and build on it further.

  • I agree that more needs to be done to distinguish them more from the older age stages, because at the moment they are (to me) just adults who happen to go to school and have embarrassing chats about woohoo. I liked a lot of the features of Sims 3 Generations already mentioned, as well as how they could wake up…

  • Dear god, ya'll need to get your games exorcised!
  • I need to kill this guy, he keeps peeing himself and being mean to the kids!
  • "Go away brat" Also, Children of the Corn anyone? I know I've already posted but couldn't resist :p Great screenies everyone!
  • 148 hours here! I didn't spend too long on the demo so the majority of that is the actual game. Surprised it's not more tbh!
  • I need to take pictures of them dying in case I want to look back on it later!
