Only single beds, and only for children. Toddlers and teens don't get the monsters, though teens and up can still spray for monsters at any time. Always hated that mechanic, and had to resort to MCCC to turn it off completely. I've now been monster free for over a year (provided mods are installed).

"Rotational play". So that's what I've been doing in all of my saves. Glad to know I'm not the only one doing this. Also, I usually turn aging off completely for all sims. Then manually age them when I have every single household 'caught up'.

I don't normally kill sims. The only time I actually did, without a mod, was because I was testing out Nyx's Zombie mod and needed the gravestone. So I took the most unlikable sim I could find off the gallery, immediately trapped him in the pool via fence, and sped-up time to the max.

Often, child sims don't really show the actual body types. And I've seen some 'faux pregnancies' in my adult townies. Just not usually that pronounced. What do her parents look like?

You can hold a birthday party for the townie, provided your sim knows them, and make them use a birthday cake. There's an option, something like 'age up sim...' or something, but I forget exactly what.
