  • Uhrm... probably 8). But the game DVDs are such crap, there's no guaruntee that will be a solution. You can always try to get a refund by EA/ the store where you bough the game, and then purchase the game over the EA Store... but I'm sure you'll probably want to replace your DVD drive eventually.
  • Only EA can do this, and like I said before, it's very difficult to try and explain the situation to them... the customer service rep's at EA don't seem to be the most competent people... The only help they give is copied and pasted out of their "knowlege database", so it's pretty much a wasted cause. I really don't know…
