  • I would like to see substance. You can have a pretty world, pretty characters, pretty objects, and even pretty animations. But NONE of it matters if there's no substance to go along with it. I get it, The Sims is a game where you get to be the all knowing deity, observing your sims from afar, watching and controlling their…
  • So far I am definitely enjoying the vampire game pack. I'm glad that TS4 developers were able to pick one supernatural character and let their creativity go wild with the number of things that vampires can do in TS4. Honestly, the Vampires game pack could hold its own as a standalone sims game with the number of features…
  • I personally would like to see some implementation of a story mode. Something where players who don't like to create can play a story creation of others. This would definitely merit its own expansion pack with its own features.
  • I would like to see more involvement with the current careers the game offers. It doesn't have to be a 3D environment either. A 2D office setting with choices on what you want your sim to do would be neat. For example, if you are employed as a programmer, you can sit at your desk and work. Or you can go to the coffee maker…
  • Allieb312, could you elaborate more on your comment? Thanks!
  • I agree, mini golf would be fun to create. I could see this being done in one of two ways. -Premade Mini Golf Courses- Players grab the pre made course and put it on the lot for sims to use. -Make your own mini golf course- Players can place a mini golf course object into the game and make their own courses. The creation…

  • I mentioned this in a previous thread, but I think it would be really neat if the Writing career had the option of "Write Restaurant Review" of a previous restaurant that a sim has been to, and they could make money off the review.
  • Yeah, I think it would be nice if a future game or stuff pack had "hair dye" spray or something that allowed sims to change their hair color on the spot. Or if CAS had the hair color option by default.

  • Well, I have noticed that if a Sim is a "Bookworm", they have the tendency to read Skill Books for longer periods of time. Or if a sim is "Neat", they will automatically have the action to clean up after themselves whereas sims without this trait just leave the dirty plate on the table. I do like your idea, but I guess I'm…
  • I LOVED The Sims Bustin' Out and The Urbz: Sims in the City. I had the console and gba versions of both games. I definitely preferred the GBA versions for the stories. The task oriented game play was really neat. I also really liked The Sims 2 for GBA. The TV show concept was such a good idea and I loved trying to advance…
  • I could see this being implemented into a vacation expansion more than something provided into a game pack. I do like the idea of hotels/resorts and being able to manage them. I could totally see myself diving into that for 12 hours like I did for the Get Together expansion.
  • I'm on the fence with this one. In my experience with Sims 4, I have yet to collect a lot of items like the post cards, MySims figurines, mining, fish, etc. Also, you can get exclusive items through careers. For example, getting further in the programming careers unlocks the virtual reality game station.
  • Very good ideas all around. Some things I'd like to see in a restaurant game pack: -Visiting restaurants and going out to dinner to be added to the group activities. -Receive phone calls/texts from friends to go out to lunch or dinner. -The ability of sims to stay at the table while at a restaurant (like in real life),…
  • I do like the idea of tornadoes. This could even introduce the new skill or even career path of tornado watching! Imagine sims pulling into the driveway with a doppler truck! Disasters would be fine with me if they are fun. (I know that sounds morbid because disasters are bad, terrible things) But with the tornado example,…
  • I definitely agree. Wasn't it the Superstar Expansion in Sims 1 that introduced stalls? Or perhaps the Late Night expansion in Sims 3? Either way, I would LOVE to have stalls again. On the flip side, my creativity for making really nice public bathrooms has improved immensely!
  • If you press keyboard keys (command+option+delete) all at the same time, you'll bring up the task manager. Select the process you want to end, (in this case TS4) and then quit the game that way. Hope this helps!

  • I would play the game on your Mac. Just keep in mind that you'll want the graphics settings on low to make the game run faster.

  • Here's a few of my clubs! "The Boardgamers" -Description: For those who love to play games, we have them all! Video games, bar games, or games involving cardboard, dice, and luck. -No restrictions -Actions: Play llama table top game, play video games, play darts, etc -Lot hangout set to player's house "Programmers Unite!"…
  • For me personally, I think Sims 5 should have some kind of multiplayer. I know that Sims Online didn't do so well in the past. Perhaps TS5 could take a note from Minecraft's book? Allow sims players to set up their own servers where players could live together?
  • My top reasons for preferring Sims 4 over all other games in the series... 1. TS4 loads faster than TS3 or TS2 2. CAS is really easy to use. 3. The camera dragging system with my mouse has made playing the game so much easier. 4. Multitasking 5. I love seeing the moods that sims can be having. It definitely makes me feel…
  • As aforementioned from others, I also agree that apartment living would be a great option. My idea for an apartment lot would involve taking a typical map screen and zooming into an apartment or condominium. The apartment itself would, in a sense, act as its own "mini-world'. Similar to how the campfire area is. The…
  • I have the same problem and it was after I installed the patch. I'll try re-installing... Edit: You could also try lowering your screen's resoulution in the properties tab to match the same one as your Sims 3 resolution for a temporary fix.
  • Can someone help?? I really want to play! Lol
