  • I'd love a lawn mower! We'd need a riding mower for rich people. We would need a scythe and/or a pushmower for off-the-grid or historical players. How about a weed-whacker, too?
  • Mom and I played S1 for years together and separately. She didn't get into S2 or any of the others. She played Sims 4 for a while, but when her laptop died she stopped. She's just never started back up. Yet. I'll get her there one of these days. :) She loves glancing over when I'm making a new sim and commenting and likes…
  • I look at each one as its own separate entity. I've played, S1, S2, Castaway, Pets, and Sims Medieval. S2 was my favorite, with Castaway a close second. Gosh I loved that game! I miss the romantic interactions we had with S2 (all the cuddling and stuff) the most. I lost interest in Medieval because there was so much…
  • I like things about most of them but the one I seem to use the most, much to my surprise, is Throwback Fit. Don't throw rocks or anything, but the much-scorned Modern Menswear comes with some great sweaters and some of the pants are good, too. The skirts are fun, I throw them in on some sims just for laughs. Vlad can…
  • I am disappointed that this is the much-touted "hot update." Oh, well. I've really not played the Calientes, they haven't grabbed me. I'll check the new ones out and maybe give them a try. The new beard is fantastic! Love the food and bb. More, please!
  • It's true, they don't look like the TS1-2, but TS4s Calientes just don't look right to me, especially Don. I guess I just have an image in my head that hasn't been created. I tried to change the current Don but couldn't get it to work. I've not seen a Don on the gallery I liked either. I'll give this new one a try and if I…
  • Urg. Now he looks even less like Don Lothario should. What a bummer. I'll have to see what can be done with him in CAS.
  • Oh, yes, if you love them then keep them for sure! I prefer the original Sims4 Goth Family to the update and usually delete the new ones (unless I just rename them), but I don't care for the Calientes in this version. I'm looking forward to seeing what has changed.
  • I had a feeling we'd get something today or sometime this week! I hope there is more to it than that. Oh! Maybe I'll fall in love with the new, updated, Don Lothario! He does nothing for me right now, and I liked to play him in Sims 2. He cut quite a swath through my game in those days. >:)
  • Get to Work (need better aliens), Island Living (need better Merpeople), Outdoor Retreat (needs an update). What could change about Seasons? I'm game to update that one too, though, since I'm still on the shelf about that pack.
  • Yeah, that's the image I find terrifying. She's gonna be Daddy's Little Grrrrl. That one will go very far. Anybody who crosses her had best beware, she's gonna kick their plumbob. Vlad better watch out, too, she may want to become top dog in the Vampire world when she grows up.
  • As always, a truly incredible build. I really like the exterior of the House of Wheels, especially that deck/porch area in the middle of the house. It's so unexpected. The whole building looks like something that was added onto over the years. I'm looking forward to taking a closer look how everything is put together. I…
  • I'd love to have Gothic clothes and a Castle, although I would also like to have the futuristic build.
  • I find that next to last picture of little Lucy to be rather terrifying. She looks so smug and Evil. What kind of sim will she be when she grows up?
  • That was wonderful, @mcrudd! Caitlin got it all done and can go off into the sunset. With herself, sort of. ;) I had begun playing another sim in the science career a few weeks ago and wasn't enjoying it much. But you have inspired me to give it another go with a new sim using this scenario. I have to confess I am having…
  • May the Fourth be with everyone!
  • Gosh, now I want to do this scenario and have a disgruntled, skill-less scientist!
  • Oh, yes, MOO can be very problematic at times. I generally do a quick drop and look things over. If it's just too much I'll redownload the house unfurnished, which is a big help in some ways, but there have been quite a few times I've just given up in the middle of a reno and deleted the whole thing. If it's a build I've…
  • One of the many things I love about the Cottage Living pack is that we are able to use everything in any world.
  • Both, although lately I've been downloading a lot of houses. I always make changes to them so they work for my sims.
  • I would probably buy the croptastic crop top kit, provided it was a guarantee that our dear townie sims would make use of it. >:) I can't stop laughing at them. But it's a definite NO to the creepy crawlies and eyeballs. And toenails. And pet rocks, and - and, hang it all, I'd probably find a reason to buy them all. Except…
  • I play with aging off and don't pay much attention to the holidays in game. I've got a couple of saves with the 2 week seasons and I'm still deciding which I prefer. It's the winters that bug me, they last too long. I wish I could extend the spring and summer and shorten the winter. I get depressed staring at all that snow…
  • I would like my sim to have a pet bird!
  • I like seeing them around, but then, I like the occults.
  • I'm so sad about not getting the functional heart bed. I agree it is tacky in the extreme, but there are times when tacky is the way to go. I agree with @Simmingal, Don Lothario needs his tacky heart bed for his tacky bachelor pad. Hmm, now I really want to build him a tacky bachelor pad... I hope they surprise us with a…
  • Yes, @maggiemae8135 I use basements in much the same way. I like to put basements into my houses. I grew up in the Midwest and it seemed like all the older houses had basements. I quite like them. They are a must for my Vampires, of course, and my Werewolves usually have a room in the basement to be locked up when…
  • I know just how you feel. This kit has my heart pounding. If only we had some yard/garden trash, such as rusty bits of junk and tireless cars up on blocks. I could create such a junky house... Oh my gosh, the 🐸🐸🐸🐸 in me is jumping up and down. I fear for my sims, really I do. Not. >:) Edited to add: Oops, I seem to have…
  • I've been looking at the junky basement pics some more. The Milk Crates are so great, I guess they have LP's in them. A tired old couch, old fashioned TV, card board boxes...oh, so much crappy, junky looking stuff. I am in love. I want the other kit, too, but this one is so great. Why am I so excited over a basement full…
  • More kits? Yippie! April 20... holy Hannah, that's in 2 days! Take my money, guys!
  • OMG I will download All the Simmingals ASAP! Hmmm, Swimmingal and Simmingalien sound very interesting.
