I had an upload once that kept getting flagged as CC. It took me forever to realize it was because the house contained a portrait I painted of the Grim Reaper. Photos and Portraits flag your builds as having CC.

When you change a NPCs traits in CAS, Check the Relationship Panel and see If they have updated. If they haven't, use the "Get to Know" and the Deep Conversation" interactions until the new traits have been revealed. You may have changed a slob to neat, but the game my still be considering it a slob.

You don't even need to make a Club for gardening. Click you Sim, Click Action, Form Group, Grab all the Sims in the neighborhood and then click a plant and choose Tend Garden Together. When you're done, Disband the Group.

There is one downside to the rejuvenated buff. If your Sim has the goofball trait they will occasionally get a playful moodlet which is increased by the rejuvenated buff which makes them more prone to dying from Hysteria. When you carve a masterpiece jack-o-lantern it gains the emotion that your sim was in while it was carved. The emotional aura can be enabled/disabled. Carving a pumpkin while angry is probably the most violent thing in the game so far.

Would the outfit that's on the floor/laundry basket be grayed out and unusable until you did laundry? If so, then it wouldn't be just for show. :) You could run out of outfits and have to run around in a towel until the laundry is done. Slobs could get to wear their outfits longer before needing to wash them.

I have more evil plans if I get Get Together. I think we can make clubs fight with each other, so I would make street gangs and give them the same hangout and fill it with angry decor. Then I would just sit back and watch.

The camera in Sims 4 is like an object, if you move too close or off the edge of a building it will fall to the ground. If you right click on the floor to move the camera, rather than left click hold and drag, the camera won't fall off the building and cause the annoying bounce.

I haven't killed a Sim in a long time. Can you pause, access game options or access build mode while the event is happening? If so you could turn off autonomy for all Sims, draw a wall around them or remove the doors to the room.

Only the trim and not the roof is showing, so try using the sledge hammer to break the trim off and then replace the trim.

Can you put the house on the Gallery as is and post your Origin ID. I'll have better luck figuring out if I can do it hands-on.

This mod http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=562008 says it can remove the plumbob, but it also says it is still in development. It does more than just hiding the plumbob, so you might not want it.
