  • I had played them once in my randomized file. I put Eliza through college and through her skills, she became a stylist! (Oh and Bob made good work on his career) ...and then I never played them again so they fell off the played households into the unplayed households list. And Neighborhood Stories killed off Bob. ALAS AND…
  • Thanks to the sheer amount of households spread out among the apartments, I'm usually not far from San Myshuno at all. Only base game lots match for attention. Also I am aboslutely not picking up For Rent in any decent timeframe so I'm still going to play it.
  • ...is there a way to check? Eh, I'll go with 10-20. I probably spend more time than I think but it's like, one of two games I've been playing and I feel more invested in the second.
  • "Property Owner" and "Community Builder" in the same sentence makes me laugh. Still ain't nothing really selling me other than the multi-household buildings itself to make me interested in the pack. Still the last pack on my list to purchase.
  • Pop and Alternate are personal favorites of mine.
  • Like I'm usually a wait-until-sale sort of person but I can NOT empathize how much playing as a landlord is like an anti-fantasy for me right now. It's at the very bottom of my purchases list.
  • There's a reason why my post in the negative thread is just "landlords." I despise them that much and the fantasy of being a "good" one is not a selling point for me. Even if it makes sense for certian Sims and I already have lots that would work as multi-family ones. I'm fine with just working around the Discover…
  • Oooo! Ooo! I've actually played with George quite a bit! So you know his aspiration is the Criminal one, right? The one that means you have to -ahem- 'witness a death?' His targets in my game were Ted Roswell and Jess Sigworth, out of suspicion for their involvement in the strange happenings. What was the murder? Death by…
  • Landlords.
  • I propose something slighty different than just making baking base game. I propose that sweet recipies within the cooking tab also give the baking skill alongside the cooking one, similar to like say, how the Rock Climbing wall from Fitness stuff pack also allows for Rock Climbing skill to be gained alongside Fitness. I'd…
  • Yeah, all households have the same holidays and stuff. Which does feel rather awkward when I play a Mt. Komorebi household and go "...they don't really celebrate Christmas like this don't they?" I'm enough of a weeb to know it's more of a romantic date holiday and New Years is the much bigger deal there.
  • In my randomized rotations, I have played with the BFF household a few times. Liberty, Summer and Travis are a polycule and are currently saving up to move into a home over in the "suburb" area of Willow Creek. She's just been climbing the ranks of the astronaut career otherwise. ...wait, and outside the polycule, Wolfgang…
  • It's going to take homes on gallery actually using the stuff in the stuff pack for me to pick it up. ...so bascially before I purchase the next expansion that releases!
  • Mixer looks like it's used for baking and prepared ingredients. (I spotted that in the update screenshot) ...eh. I'll wait for homes in future expansions to invevitably be filled with these appliances and furniture for me to purchase this.
  • This does kind of recontextualize how I think of Rene as more of a "neat spin-off" ala Medival. ...also I am the only one in my gamer friends- wait no, I think one person does also play the Sims but eh. I tend to be a solo player so I'll likely stick with the Sims 4.
  • Snowy Escape for me. While I like the world well enough, it and Sulani feel extremely isolated from everything else and it's big lure, mountain climbing and snow sports, is also so extremely limited to one specific area. I think the thing I use the most of all is the Emotionally Mindful thing and even then, I mostly just…
  • I'm planning on purchasing the pool kit because I just want more swimsuits. And I'm going to bundle it with Bathroom Clutter because...well Bathroom and Everyday are going to be purchased as pre-reqs for Growing Together since FAR too many builds use those kits. -grumble- And I treat myself to CAS because Build/Buy is…
  • It was one of the things my spouse got me as a welcome-to-living-with-me-now-I-shall-shower-you-in-ALL-the-gifts! I remember the year because Eco Lifestyle was the first pack that I was around to see the pre-release hype for.
  • ...I do appricate that from the cover art, the kit swimsuits mesh well with the pieces already in the game. That's nice!
  • ...to be fair, even with Island Living, I still feel the swimsuits in the Sims 4 are rather bleh. I'll take a kit about those.
  • I am not a great builder so I tend to just run on the gallery and see what appeals to me.
  • Sadly I haven't played much. Only thing I got so far is that Neighborhood Stories killed off Megumi and I didn't want the household to be teen and kid only, since teens somehow avoid the death gaze of Neighborhood Stories, so I took them off the death counter. And while several households could have the potental to move…
  • It's easier to list the ones I don't have. Expansions: Growing Together, Horse Stories Game Packs: My Wedding Stories and Journey to Batuu (Batuu is one I'm not planning on picking up ever) I own all stuff packs. Kits however... I have Desert Luxe, Blooming Rooms, Incheon Arrivals, Industrial Loft, Fashion Street,…
  • I really only have Meaningful Stories from roburky to add some challenge to the emotion system and a few minor mods such as Eco Lifestyle Interaction fixes from Simvasion and some small ones from LittleMsSam. (I think that's her name) It takes effort to run through each mod after major patches and I don't want to expend…
  • Eh, I tried it. Nabbed my avatar off of it. Mostly I just felt a little shame that I couldn't achieve so many degress in high school and couldn't make a living as a writer. Alas! Have used it as a testing ground for fashion for by body shape at least.
  • I have her in my game and she's Rory's fated mate from my time playing as Rory but I haven't actually done much with her, sadly.
  • With my latest purchase of High School Years, I started up an alternative file where I play the Prescott family. ...Molly is my favorite of the promotional Sims because I aboslutely do see a lot of myself in her. I mostly bounced everywhich way with the family, with somehow it feeling like Tai got most of the lions share…
  • Primarily, I do have it at the 200 max limit and move Sims out of main to unplayed in my randomized rotational file when I get to 175 Sims played down to 150. I also do have some alt files running at the moment as well.
  • I really enjoy Del Sol Valley's world. The starting lot is like the slightly rundown-suburb that's great to start out in, and the Pinnacles has it's glorious views. Granted, I do get better lots for the Orange-Bailey's and Judith Ward but I still really like the spots. Feels like the natural progression of…
  • I often don't even remember to take vacations with my Sims. Usually only around the holidays or perhaps the kids summer break. Selvadorada has been a favorite of mine, even if I'm not being an archeologist. I've turned that massive penthouse in the fashion district into a vacation lot and I also often pick that one as well.
