Hey guys, hope everyone is having a good day so far :) Bit of a shorter update today. Reshay is starting to get a bit lonely in his new town. Maybe that's why he went against his better judgement and wrote Darleen a love letter. Hopefully her boyfriend doesn't respond! Embarrassed at his own actions, Reshay looks for a new…
I had to go to work, so I took a cab to the oceanfront. From there, I hopped into a water taxi, which dropped me off on the side of a cliff. I ran straight up the cliff, climbed into another cab, and made it to work on time (where I was promptly promoted despite working there only 2 days).
A townie in Lucky Palms was doing the flirty idle animation extremely close to the festival vendor, and a well placed phone call from my sims boss resulted in this gem:
Thank you for your kind comment @Puddinroy :) Day two started off simple enough, I sent Reshay out for a morning jog to top up his required athletic skill points for work. He always looks so serious in all his pictures, you'd think I'd given him No Sense of Humour or something. It wasn't just an aimless jog around the…
My current sim is a Shy, Unflirty, Athletic, Loves the Heat, Irresistible guy. His backstory is that he's from a remote village, but was drafted onto the Lucky Palms sports team. I gave him irresistible as a kind of "oh he's so aloof but in a charming kinda way". :)
Not exactly doing simlit, but I do use wordpress to host my builds, and show the pictures there. You can customize they layout, and the colours, even as a free member. It takes a bit of learning what does what, but that's the same with any hosting site.
Do you have any expansions already? And more importantly, what is your general game style? Personally, Ambitions is my favourite, with the options for self employment, the new professions, lots of new skills, and Twinbrook is one of my favourite worlds.
I love it! Instantly recognized the strangetown lots. Never played the stories games, but the lots look lovely :) I'd love to see pictures of the sims you're making as well, if you'd be open to sharing them!
I think unless its a direct promotional image from EA themselves, I'm not going to put much stock in how Sims 5 will look. Nobody knows, because it doesn't even exist yet (if ever). Plus, there's always custom content :)
I play an edited normal length that just borders on short; 80 days. Toddlers took the biggest hit, they only get 3 days. Seasons I left at the default 7 days each, anything shorter doesn't really leave enough gardening time for me.
What it lacks in coherent layout it makes up for in views. It also kind of reminds me of the house from Beetlejuice. Hopefully you're sims enjoy living there without any more guests ;)
Only if you turn the option off. This is more for people who play rotationally, so their town progresses as a whole regardless because they're playing every family. I only play one family per save, so I have the option on for non-active skilling. Everyone gains skills, chess or no chess.
If you can locate the gravestones (I believe they're outside on the side of the house in that home but its been awhile since Ive played Riverview) you can drag them into your sims inventory and then place them in the graveyard in town. It might not let you do it while the ghosts are active at night, so if it says the…
Agnes Seabottom from Barnacle Bay is hinted at being related to the Crumblebottom's in some way, you could always add her to the family as some distant relative.
I'll be the first to admit I dont play much with werewolves, but would creating a default you like in CAS, and then making any future weresims with that sim as the base work?
