Flickr Andrea got a promotion and improved her handiness skill upgrading as many appliances as she could. And opportunity for travel came up and Lucille threw her wife a few parties and picked up Legendary Host.

Flickr Andrea and Lucille are settling into their lives in Roaring Heights easily; being family oriented Lucy is already eager to have her first child, but of course that is quite a few promotions away.

@CravenLestat & @Charlottesmom I always feel that take 5's are lying to me...it implies five flavors and they double up on peanut. LOL my husband and i playfully argue about it. It's a polarizing topic much like Orange juice, with or without pulp.

Flickr After a week or two of work Andrea and Lucille saved up enough money to do their first little remodel just to make more livable room. Now it's time to really save up for the big remodel so they have room to start adopting. Andy improved her athletics and Lucy increased her cooking.

Thanks for the help and suggestions. So my game corrupted. Again. I can't get the backup to show up in the menu. So Andy did become an astronaut and she and Lucy adopted three adorable babies but now they are all gone. Again. And I really really want to play but don't see the point since I can't finish a game without it…

Sometimes I'll stack up chores for my Sims to do and then go do a load of dishes while they accomplish those little tasks (like dishes for example and cleaning everything) and when I get back I'll realize I never unpaused it. Or I'll take too long and come back and find my Sims running amok in the world.

I uninstalled Island Paradise and have had less issues with the game since. New laptop didn't change any of the crashes and lost games so hopefully this does it. I'm...tentatively...playing a game and hoping I can get through an actual full generation. It gets really disheartening to have to start over and over and over.…
