I would make a back-up. That way, if things go wonky, there is a fall-back save to use after they fix their 'fix'. Oi.

I honestly don't see any difference. I draw people, so I'm quick to catch something that might appear to be off. Londyn's eyes appear to be the same, too. I think you can stand down from your fears.

Turns out mine are the same age as you reported. Jamison was born on Tuesday and on Saturday, he aged up. I took a look at his Infant age, and he has twenty days until he ages up. I must not have checked it before it read seventeen days. My bad.

I'm amused at your words, regarding Newcrest. I use that for the Settlements in the 18th century, that ultimately became East Tennessee. It's so non-descript, I would be hard-pressed to assign an actual location for it. But, we all have our own ideas on the matter. :)

I have to add here, that sometimes it does become necessary to reset that file, depending on just how old it is. Just keep that in mind. For the most part, however, settings are saved when said file is transferred.

I've solved my rain issues. I simply turned it off using game Options. :) Before that I tried to use that weather control machine. Yes, it's expensive but my Sims have enjoyed success.

It is very frustrating we can't utilize the space. I have in RL, a small closet underneath to stairs that go down to our finished basement. Very handy to have. I hate empty space. I'm very sorry you had to remove the desk. That was such a great use and a very charming look. We build and learn.
